Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. Excellent A+ Experience. We're well pleased with this company. They arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and extremely neat. They covered the floors and steps to prevent any damage. They completely cleaned up the furnace area. We'll definitely use them again.

Keith stopped by and gave my system an evaluation. There was no charge to this visit and he was extremely thorough and reasonable. Got me the quote in 2 days for a complex system. Right now, things are working out ok so we aren't moving forward yet, but when it is time, I plan to use this company.

Appointment was for 8-10 AM on Wed. 5/15/2019. Technician showed up at 9:00 AM. He completed the work in around 40 min. He did not find any problems.

Smoothly. The tech was knowledgeable, explained what he was checking for, and how he would accomplish the tests and did the necessary cleaning. He installed a filter that I'd already bought, checked the April Air humidifier and filter. Everything checked out OK. The technician was friendly and personable as was the one who came last year. I was very satisfied.

Mike came out to clean and check the furnace. He was polite, professional and on time. I will hire K & K again.

I found K and K online and contacted them via email. They responded promptly and Keith came out to provide an estimate the same day. He was professional and informative. He provided me a written estimate, again same day. I plan on moving forward in having the company complete the work.

Our furnace stopped blowing hot air, so we looked for HVAC contractors on Angie's List and found K&K. We called them at 9 PM and they quickly picked up and offered to come out the same night. It could wait, so we scheduled the appointment for the next day. Jesse Lihwa showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had exactly the right specialized equipment and experience to quickly diagnose the immediate issue. Furthermore he also found and fixed the underlying calibration issue to prevent it from happening again. He also worked well with the home warranty representative on the phone to get us the most compensation possible. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use them again.

Excellent work. I had contact with two different repairmen and also had the opportunity to work with Keith (the owner) and his wife. The first repairman was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He informed me of each thing he was doing and was quite interactive. Keith also went above and beyond during each contact I had with him over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, kind, attentive to my concerns, and easy to work with. His wife also listened carefully and was very professional, yet relatable. The work was not only done to completion but when a second issues arose, Keith did not hesitate to send someone out again who thoroughly ensured the issue was rectified. I would certainly use K&K again in the future.

The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service.

Richie came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He came exactly on time, spent time fixing our fairly new furnace (<10years old) vs. just replacing parts and everything is in working order. Very impressed with K&K Heating & Cooling professionalism, punctuality and overall experience. Highly recommend!

The crew were great and worked some long hours to complete the job in two days. They accomplished a lot of work in a brief period of time, and cleaned up everything once they were finished. They surpassed our expectations and we'd recommend them without reservation!

Excellent. The owner Keith was very helpful and recommended a small pump which took water from my AC and heating unit. It was an added cost but Keith didn't pressure me into the sale. I was grateful for suggesting the pump because until then I had been tripping on a rigged add on to my heating/ac unit. That had been installed a few years ago by another reputable Angie's list contractor. Keith was honest and did not try to sell me anything.

The guys at K&K spent two days taking out the old appliances and replacing them with brand new ones. They were professional and friendly and explained everything that they were doing. They also installed a new thermostat and CO2 detectors. I received a few other quotes for similar services, and their price was by far the best. I would definitely call them again if I needed any other work done.

Did all the tune-up items as advertised. Said my refrigerant was about 1 pound, and recommended that some be added. He was not pushy. I decided to spend the $98 for this.

Contacted in Wednesday, appointment made for Thursday. Gave us all the options for our AC. Very friendly. Very quick. Will use again!

Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future.

The technician that came to my house was great! He was so helpful, he explained everything, including what could have been the problem, all while diagnosing what WAS the problem. He found what ended up being the problem, fixed it, cleaned everything up, checked to make sure everything was running efficiently and correctly (including temperatures, PPM, etc.) and explained a lot of general upkeep and maintenance stuff. I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found this company, and I will DEFINITELY be calling them back ANYTIME I have a problem.
