"State heating told your warranty company the heat exchanger was cracked because the heat exchanger was cracked. We have no control over whether or not your home warranty company covers your repair and we will not lie so that they will. The unit you have does push the same BTUs as your old one. 1 full day is normal to have a furnace and chimney liner installed. State Heating ABSOLUTELY DID NOT REMOVE ANY EXISTING RETURN AIR DUCT. Upon being informed that their were charges to bring the system up to code to pass inspection to make the system safe you refused to pay them. You then took it upon yourself to call the inspector in before those modifications were done and have our job failed. We would have scheduled that inspection after the necessary code upgrades were done and paid for."
"This is Scott, the Owner of State Heating and Air. First of all let me apologize for any inconvenience you have had. We stand behind anything we do. I would be more than happy to make this right with you if we made a mistake. I cannot find your name anywhere in our database. Are you sure it was my company? Could you please contact us so that we make make this right? Thank you in advance for your time."
"We are happy to help and look forward to assisting you in the future. Thank you"
