Sal’s Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Sewer Inc.

Last year I wanted to install a new digital thermostat in my house. I bought the thermostat I wanted from Amazon. I called Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer to see if they could do this under a Groupon offer. They said they could, so I bought a Groupon For Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for a service call plus one hour of labor. When I called back to make the appointment with Sal's, they said there would be an additional several hundred dollar charge for the thermostat. This was not revealed on the initial call. needless to say, I used a different company. But, I was still stuck with a Groupon that I could not use. So, last week a laundry drain backed up and I thought I would use the Groupon for Sal's. I called Sal's to see if they would honor the Groupon and would be able to do the job. They said yes and yes. When the technician got to the house, he said it would be an additional $350 to clean the drain. Sal's said the Groupon was good only for a house call and 1 hour of troubleshooting. The Groupon says o1 hour of labor. I will never use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer company for anything. I would recommend you NEVER use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for any reason. They are unscrupulous at best!

I am so glad I went with Sal's, everything was great from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and the plumbers were polite, knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. I highly recommend this company!

Sal came into my home to give an estimate for low water pressure and conducted unauthorized work using materials that were not up to code. This unauthorized work resulted in extensive water damage to my home. When I attempted to remediate this issue with the company they would not give me their insurance information to even start a claim. Instead, they have drug the conversation out two weeks and I am still fighting to start a claim. This company has been incredibly negligent and continued to demonstrate a level of unprofessionalism that is completely unfathomable for being licensed and insured. I would never recommend someone go to Sal after this experience.

The technician was very thorough and explained everything as he was evaluating my problem. He fixed the problem and then gave me tips on how to take care of my furnace filters and air conditioner.

All work done on time and professionally. Straightforward process to get written estimates; various alternatives offered and discussed. Questions answered clearly.

Noah and Shawn replaced my old drain trap last week and installed new PVC pipes. They were on time, efficient and friendly. They are my go-to people when I have plumbing and heating issues.

Fantastic service from our Technician Dave for our AC clean and check. Spot on time, professional and answered my questions kindly. I don't know a lot about AC Furnace issues so he was very helpful. So glad we went with Sal's for this house.

We've been dealing with Sal's for over 15 years, they've covered routine maintenance work on the furnace and a/c as well as emergency repairs in the winter and summer. We just had a hot water tank replaced in December, they always do a good job and you can trust them.

Great experience. Took advantage of coupon sale price for my annual scheduled furnace and a/c cleaning and checkup, not a repair call today. Early notice the technician was on his way, arrived as planned, Adam was professional and did a great job!

Air conditioning. $99.00 service call. 1/2 hour visit. Was diagnosed as dual run capacitor on the outside condenser unit. $14.00 part. That’s All that was done. Total bill $315.00 . $$$$$

Scam and tried to rip off , stay away as far as you can. First guy came said it was the switch issue and I Waite more than a week for them to come back and installed a new OEM switch. Not fix the furnace and said need to change the board (after I told him the board was brand new). Said getting a new board is $450 when the furnace is under warranty and all parts are free.

This company replaced my sewer line two years ago. It took me two years to try and level my lawn by hand, then realized that the cleanout was 12-14 inches above ground. Although my job was out of warranty, Sal's sent out two plumbers to fix the issue. My dad always taught me to search and maintain a relationship with businesses that stand behind their work. Sal's is one of those companies. Thank you for making it right. Both plumbers were very cordial and timely.
