"There aren’t enough characters here for me to express the utter joy I experienced in working with Ramos Timber. Jorge Ramos and his crew went above and beyond for my renovation project in every way. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. Needless to say, this renovation project was not only near and dear to my heart, it was also imperative that my contractors completed the project in a timely manner as the home would be rented to tenants after completion. Jorge Ramos with Ramos Timber came highly recommend from multiple clients that had used him for various home renovations and projects. Jorge and his Project Manager, Teresa, were invaluable in helping me make decisions that balanced both style and stay within my budget. Their expertise made the process much easier. The on-site team—Ian, Josh, and Joe—were professional, respectful, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were incredibly courteous, punctual, efficient and thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy). "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! "We got Greg's contact information from a friend who gave glowing reviews and we're super thankful we got that recommendation! We walked Greg through everything we wanted done and he asked questions we didn't think about and provided helpful solutions to issues we wanted to resolve in the house. He was patient and just the nicest guy all around so we were comfortable and confident he could get the job done. We completely gutted the only full bath and Greg was very planful to time up his tear down and installation so we were only without a place to shower/bathe for one night. He replaced everything (floor, vanity, toilet, tub, tile) and was very careful about cleaning up all the dust after each step. We also completely re-did our kitchen, and he was mindful about not wanting to damage the appliances and to leave the cooking areas as undisturbed as possible. He also custom made a part of our kitchen island where the microwave current sits. Furthermore, Greg did a few Lowe's and Home Depot pickups for us since he has a truck and trailer that can tow some bigger materials we couldn't get with our car. Overall, I really appreciated his attention to detail, his positive attitude, and his adaptability to adjust to new ideas and a changing schedule. He's a diligent and trustworthy person and I would recommend him to anyone who's been wanting to get work done to their home. Also an extra plus is that he's great with dogs (ours loved him!)."
