Just wanted to thank you for an awesome process/product once again. This was the second time we’ve hired the Granite Guy (2 separate homes, 5 years apart) and it’s been an amazing experience each time. From the sales process (Chad) to the measurement (Joe) to the install (Anthony, Don and crew), it went off without a hitch. Nice, courteous and efficient crew and beautiful end result. Best part, we were a little worried that we may lose some of the backsplash tile in the demo process, but there wasn’t even one scratch to be found. Truly a professional business. Lifetime customers here!

Kristi called me and she was very gracious to take the time to let me know that they can’t do the work (most granite places can’t do on-site cuts like we need). I appreciated that she called to let me know so I wouldn’t be waiting for a response. Thanks!!

Excellent service all around! We were self-managing a major renovation and the they made this component easy. We had many delays for other reasons (cabinets, etc.) and they were always understanding when I had to change dates. When they did the work, the crew was polite, professional and even arrived early! They were extremely easy to work with.

Chad went above and beyond to find the quartzite counter tops I wanted. I'm very satisfied with him and the guys who came and installed my counter tops. I will definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend The Granite Guy!!

From start to finish...perfectly! Everyone we dealt with in the process was so professional. Our salesperson, Chad, was attentive to detail, very knowledgeable & helpful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Joe, who measured/ lazered for the dimensions, was so well trained, friendly and all fit perfectly! Mark & Michael who did the instillation worked very efficiently and were very friendly too. Don, the sawyer who cut the Quartz was able to avoid having to make 25 1/2 inch seams on both sides of our "bat-winged' counter at the sink. Instead, he worked his craft skillfully leaving 3 inch 'unnoticeable' seams on each short side of the rectangular sink. We are so very pleased with the entire process handled by The Cabinet Guys Team!

My experience with the Granite Guy was amazing. Chad helped me on my first visit and he was great! I had trouble making my decision from the beautiful granite in their showroom that’s on the premises and he gave me all the time I needed to browse. There was never any pressure, just honest answers and good advice when I needed it. Everyone from the gentleman who measured my countertops to the installers were very nice and very professional. This is an unsolicited review. Every step of this process was exceptional. Both sales associates I dealt with were helpful and polite. Never pressured to buy but answered all my questions. Jason came out to laser measure and was polite and professional. Lastly, Josh and Mark were our installers. They both went above and beyond what I expected for such a service. Very meticulous in the installation of the granite and removal/cleanup of our old countertop. I would highly recommend The Granite Guy!

We worked with Brad McColly, and he was wonderful. What we liked was his information about the browsing process, his no-harassment follow-up, he answered all our questions, and worked with us the whole time. He is very timely on his email communications. The Granite Guy offers the best price in town. The price on the slab in the show room includes EVERYTHING except tax. If we ever have granite needs for our house again, we will be returning to Brad and The Granite Guy.

It went EXCELLENT! From the salesman, Brad Mccolly to the gentlemen that installed the countertops, we could not be more pleased. While we initially could not find what we wanted at the Granite Guy, Brad put us in contact with their supplier and we were able to pick our choice of quartz there. And of course Brad got it for us and it was installed yesterday with pinpoint accuracy. The gentlemen that installed our new countertops took out our old countertops, installed the new and cleaned everything up before hauling away our old countertop and kitchen sink. I would absolutely recommend the Granite Guy to anybody looking for new countertops.

Chrissy was helpful with helping us find a granite that was a good match for already bought flooring that met our budget. She also helped layout a design for countertops selected to compliment flooring and the chosen granite. She responded to my emails even when she was off work and helped with problem solving with selecting other materials not purchased at the Granite Guy.

The Granite Guy was absolutely fantastic to work with! The inside person was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule. The professional crew came in and installed our granite countertop and sink (along with demo) within a couple hours. The workmanship is 2nd to none. It is the best addition we've made to our home in 10 yrs. I would highly recommend The Granite Guy to everyone who wants a beautiful remodel done quickly and with the professionalism everyone deserves!!

It was a very fun experience for me because I have never done a complete kitchen remodel. Chrissy Bossetti was wonderful. She designed a great kitchen layout for me and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to my numerous questions and concerns. The installers were polite and friendly. My entire experience with The Granite Guy (and The Cabinet Guy) was fantastic and I hope to work with them again. I absolutely love my kitchen!

The staff was polite and helpful. We had an unusual sink dimension need. The installers, when they took the sink out of the box, found it had a crack. They called right away, and worked us into the next day schedule and finished everything very professionally. They even sweep up any sawdust and polished the granite before leaving. I would use them again.

This company is amazing. I am so impressed with their customer service. Chrissy was great in the office and very helpful and Tony was so skilled and kind. Top notch professionalism and technique. This is the place to go for granite in Columbus. The staff is excellent and strive to exceed your expectations. Chrissy and gary went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and the install team was fabulous!

It went great, Chrissy Bossetti did a awesome layout and even helped pick a paint color that would make the countertop Pop. Their installer Josh, you just can't find better. He's very professional and does a fabulous job on his installs and cleans everything before leaving. Highly recommend anyone looking to remodel to contact them and ask for one of them.

They miscue the counter tops twice and never came back to fix it because they were avoiding us because they set our kitchen on fire because of laziness. Literally could have burned our house to the ground because their installer used a blow torch to try to cure the epoxy faster. He caught a brand new can of lacquer on fire which spilled causing my kitchen to be engulfed in flames. The installer who I later found out was nicknamed Torch, had 2nd degree burns on his hand. Our house was filled with black smoke and soot everywhere which I ended up having to clean myself that took over 4 hours. Oh, they sent the same installer back the next day with 2nd degree burn to finish the job. Are you fn kidding me? The way the owner handled it was a joke. Stay away from these guys. When we started explore an upgrade/remodel our kitchen, we started out looking for someone who could do the countertops. We came across The Granite Guy in Worthington and were impressed by the consistent number of very favorable reviews. We had visited 3 or 4 places we visited beforehand and we were very impressed when we walked into their facility. Gary (the owner) and Corey were a great help in helping us understand the various options and walked us through their warehouse were we could see all the different potential options they had in inventory and told us that we could look at any distributor’s inventory to see what we would like. We left with the awareness that they were the ones we wanted to work with. Two or three visits to other stores solidified our decision to work with Gary and The Granite Guy. When we returned, our second impression was as favorable as the first. At our request, Gary agreed to come to our house to see firsthand what we had in mind. It was then we learned that he also could do kitchen designs. When we asked for his thoughts, he provided a number of options, from minor to major. One of the suggestions he made including removing a wall between our existing kitchen and dining room, something we had not considered (and are we so glad he made that suggestion). We ended up using his design and had them layout the rest of the kitchen. We then found out Gary also owns a business called The Cabinet Guy (in the same location), see our separate review on that business, but - spoiler alert – it was equally as good. Gary worked with us, and the contractor (Premier Remodeling, who Gary suggested we consider) to create an incredible kitchen with high end counters and cabinets, all within our budget. We could not have asked for a better team. We chose a countertop that had a pattern which was a challenge to match pieces. Gary’s team did an incredible job! They used one solid piece whenever they could, even though that created more “leftover” pieces of Quartzite for them. Where they had to use more than one piece, they did an amazing job of matching the patterns to each other. Each and every one of Gary’s team were great to work with and we have nothing but compliments on them and their work. We TOTALLY recommend Gary and his team, The Granite Guy (and the Cabinet Guy) earned our thanks and admiration.

After 27 years, we decided to remodel our master bath. Based on what we had in mind, we turned to The Granite Guy to help complete our dream bathroom. Cody knew exactly what type of stone would fit based on a tile sample that we shared with him and took care of everything. The fabricators were exacting in their work (the chosen stone was one that could easily "break") and did an awesome job. The gentleman who did the measurement of our vanity was friendly and accommodating of our schedule, even returning to our home when a wrinkle was hit (not on the part of The Granite Guy, I assure you). Once installed, the chosen Taj Mahal granite looks amazing and gives the touch of warmth that we were looking for. We would definitely recommend speaking with Cody, and using The Granite Guy, if you are in need of granite!
