"The owner is a cry baby. He constantly complained about needing money. My husband was good enough to front him some pay and in fact over paid him to help him out. He never showed up again. My husband passed away a few months after that. The guy called while my husband was in the hospital and said he was going to visit and then said he would be at the funeral when my husband passed. He never showed up for either. I sent him a text twice asking if he would come finish the job and he said he would but I havenâ t seen him."

"Kyle was super attentive and engaged since our 1st contact, and once hired he always kept me informed of any development and/or issues, and was readily available for further discussions. His 2 crews were very good and thorough - we had some structural work to do (replacing posts and doing new footings underneath the sunroom), and his first crew not only did a fantastic job but also offered extra advice on how to improve the overall structure; then the deck crew (cleaning/painting) also showed great flexibility as we switched colors during the work and had to add a few repairs. Both crews were super respectful, punctual, and cleaned up really well after the work. By the way Kyle not only orchestrates the team, he also rolled up his sleeves and worked on site, which was great as he has very detailed oriented and noticed an issue that if left undetected would affect the deck's appearance. 2 thumbs up and totally recommend Realtor's choice!"

"We strongly recommend Ohio Deck Doctors. Before the repairs, our 18 y.o. deck felt “squishy” when we stepped on it. The foundation was good, but the floorboards, rail caps, and strep treads needed to be replaced. We reached out to OH Deck Doctors thru Angi and got an immediate call from them. Steve came out a few days later and performed a thorough examination of the deck and took measurements. A couple of days later, we received a quote which was reasonable and included everything we discussed. They scheduled us and showed up on the expected day, ready to start demolition. Steve and Kerry did an amazing job replacing the floorboards, rail caps and step treads. In addition, they fixed a poorly installed porch band board. The job was completed in a few days, and they did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day. The workmanship is outstanding; the deck feels solid again. At the end of the job, they gave us recommendations for care and maintenance, which were very helpful. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work, and we highly recommend them."
