After 35 years, our deck needed to be replaced. It is a huge deck that stretches across the entire back of our home. The job also included new stairs to our backyard and some other miscellaneous work. Troy, Zak, and the entire team did an outstanding job from demolition to rebuild. They exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to use the deck next Spring! We would definitely use Vineyard Construction again! Great company!

Deck Rebuild Great, we built a massive deck structure 30 years ago. It was time to repair or replace it. Boards were shot, railing had splinters, spindles dried out. Contacted Troy at Vineyard Construction. Discussed a deck rebuild. I believed this to be replacing floor boards, railing and the spindles. Troys workers Zak and Dan, took our existing deck down to the frame, only thing left were our posts we could reuse. They completely rebuilt it from there. We couldn’t be happier. Looks brand new. Vineyard was on time, professional, and responsive to us. Crew added deck touches we didn’t even realize. Pricing was very fair with no issues at all as we went along. Crew cleaned the site up and hauled all debris away. All paperwork, contract, and payments were done electronically in a safe and convenient manner. Sadie Vineyard responded quickly to request with good customer service. I would indeed recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Very happy with the deck renovation by Vineyard construction! Job was to re-deck a 30 year old foundation showing its age. Troy was very responsive during the estimation and bidding phase, responding to various requests for options and modifications. Demo was efficient and clean – all materials removed and area swept for debris. Replaced some joists and hangers after inspection. Installed wood decking with hidden fasteners, custom railing, benches and flower boxes with excellent attention to detail and workmanship. High marks to the construction crew – polite, professional, on time and not rushed. Good follow-up. Highly recommended – they are the real deal!

The project went extreemly well. What I really appreciated was the suggestions that the lead person on the job made that really improved the installation without increasing cost. I felt that they really took interest in my project and wanted the installation to exceed my expectations.

Mr. Vineyard did went above and beyond for me and my home remodel. We needed a wall to separate a room. He installed the wall as if it were there in the first place. Repainted the room since I could not find the color and the entire space feels refreshed. I am super happy with the final product. I plan to use him again in the Spring to build a walk out deck for me. Troy and his entire staff were very nice and helpful.

It was 30 years old and leaning. Troy did an excellent job from start to finish! We needed help with design ideas so he worked with us to see what we wanted out of it! With his help we were able to design an outdoor oasis our entire family can't wait to use this summer! We even built a landing for our hot tub. The quality is top of the line! He did not cut any corners. Will definitely use this reliable contractor in the near future!
