I was very impressed with Jeremy and LJ Roofing & Restoration. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked very well within my budget and gave me a great deal! He even went above and beyond a few times! His employees were very professional and courteous and always super friendly. He and the crews were very accommodating to work around my schedule. They cleaned their mess and debris as if they were never there! The finished product is beautiful and I could not be happier with the end results! I will definitely be happy to work with him and his company in the future. You don't see people like him these days, we certainly need more people like him in the business, who are willing to do what it takes to satisfy the customer and put out a quality product. I highly recommend LJ Roofing & Restoration. Overall great experience!!!

Jeremy called me to come out to quote the job and I met him at the project site that day. He took photos and said he would get me quotes on various jobs on the site. 10 days later he never got back with me; I messaged him but he didn't respond. I think the word is 'ghosted' that the kids are using these days, so since I didn't go out and bring in other contractors to bid, it has cost me about 2 weeks and I am starting again from scratch. You would just hope these people would man up and say if they weren't interested and I could move on. He seemed like a nice guy, but this is unacceptable behavior in this industry.
