Mr. Mike and his team were absolutely amazing with helping me out!!they re did my bathroom flooring and it turned out wonderful! Amazing work and amazing people! I'll definitely work with them again in the future!

The job went well. Donnie was exceptional and provided great customer service. I will work with this company again to replace my water heater when it’s time.

At signing they put on a good show about oversight of the work and goals of staying on budget, but will act differently as soon as you start handing over checks. My project was poorly coordinated and communication very lacking. Purchases made without my specific ok and even obstruction when it came to my design decisions. Excuses about why something simple couldn't be done as if I'm too stupid to know better. I never got a break down between labor & materials. They had the nerve to call it a $600 "credit" for inconvenience when the project still came out nearly $10,000 over my budget and I can't see where it was spent to justify charging so much when it came to the room's interior. No way. After the carpenter crew left, finishing the room interior was slow and seemed like an afterthought. They gave 2-3 days rushing final details to get my last check and here I am regretting not firing them when it first came to mind. I have a room, but the integrity of it is a question.

We are very pleased with the job Mike and his team did on our basement music room. Mike was prompt, friendly, attentive, responsive, professional and timely. He was great to work with. His team, led by Jose, did a terrific job quickly and efficiently. Jose was very friendly and helpful, and accommodated additional work we added on to the project. We believe the price we paid for the work we had done was very reasonable. We definitely recommend Best Way Construction and will be hiring them again.

They responded within seconds of me posting on Angi. They worked to get someone sent immediately. Don showed up and was AMAZING. He explained everything clearly, he took the time to really diagnose the problem and he found ways to fix the problem but also save me money and not price gauge me. I couldn’t be more pleased with this service and this company! I even said “I know why you have Best in your company name!” because working with them has been nothing but the best! I can’t recommend them enough!
