He is extremely focused on problem resolution, patiently explaining each issue he uncovered, showing what was wrong and how to make it right, and keeping costs from spiraling out of control. Our new bathroom is fresh and modern, and more importantly leak free. I have been enjoying this bathroom since the project finished in December. John is fantastic!"
