I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work done by Premier Builders & Home Improvement on our recent home renovation project. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded all of my expectations. We revamped nearly every part of our home, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The highlight of the renovation was the addition of a custom master bath and walk-in closet within a soundproofed master suite – an upgrade that truly transformed our home. One of the things that stood out most was how timely the project was completed. Renovations can often take longer than expected, but Premier Builders stayed on schedule and managed the process efficiently. They set clear timelines and kept us informed every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Working with Jose, our contractor, was an absolute pleasure. He was approachable, professional, and always willing to answer questions or make adjustments. Whether it was a minor design detail or a big decision, Jose made sure to communicate clearly and promptly.

The experience was end-to-end immaculate. Not only was the team prompt & thorough in their communications beforehand, but on the day of, they arrived promptly with everything they needed (including things that I should have provided but they had a back-up for just in case - thank you!). During the entire job, they were fastidious in keeping the rest of the home protected and cleaning as they went. They were able to complete the entire kitchen floor (removal & replacement, including baseboards) in a single day, and when they were done, the place was immaculate and all the lines/edges were clean, sharp & aligned. Looking forward to another future project together!

We have been living in a 70 year old small house for 10 years, and every year, there is always a part of the house that needs repairing or remodeling. This past summer, we needed major plumbing help and replace the toilet and sink in the half bath on the common floor. Jose responded back to us the next day, came to the house that same week and worked with us to formulate a plan to remodel the bathroom within the budget we had. He was honest and reliable, and Gustavo and Julio were also professional and hard working to make sure the end product met our expectations. They much exceeded our expectations all around! I wish we would've found them sooner for all our other work in the house, but will definitely reach out to them again from now on!

Jose was very skilled and is a perfectionist. The quality of his work is excellent. We had a few hiccups due to the original builder not installing the flooring properly but Jose was able to fix it and complete the job in a timely manner. He replaced our flooring on the first floor from hardwood/ tiles with brand new wide plank hardwood. He’s trustworthy and so professional! Highly recommend!
