+ -1 moreMarlenys quoted $5000, while our regular construction company quoted $20k and another was $10k. Bottom line: the wife is more than happy with the results. Job completed in a week. A couple of things could have been done better: paint the walls before tiling the floor or cover the floor with a drop cloth. I'll be scraping drops of dried paint and regrouting spots here and there. Communication needs improvement. When they didn't come in the morning, I texted them and got a reply at 5 pm that they weren't coming. Then they showed up on Sunday morning unannounced. They, being one man called Hector, even said that he would return on Thanksgiving Day until we persisted in dissuading him. But, with the money we saved and the wife being happy, no real complaints.
Description of Work: Small 9x5 bathroom renovation with new drywall, vanity and toilet, tiled floor and small window.
