Couldn’t have gone better. Keenan and his crew have done three major jobs for us in an historic home. Busy because they are good but if you are put in their schedule you can bank on it. They start early and work hard. Honest, explain everything, stick with budget and schedule. The entire crew is a pleasure to have in and around the house and I always miss them when they’re finished.

Working with Keenan & Farrell Contracting was a great experience. The team was responsive and responsible, they were reliable and had great attitudes, which is nice when you're seeing them every day for a large project! They worked hard to stick to the deadline. They made helpful suggestions to troubleshoot any issues, and took my suggestions seriously as well. They hired out great subcontractors, I was pleased with the relationships they had with most of their subs (i.e. plumbing, tiling etc). I would, and have, recommended Keenan and his team!

Farrell Contracting were great! They were an ideal partner to work with and were very collaborative and able to shift when our design plan changed.
