"Evaluation and estimate went well with Dave. He was knowledgeable and personable so I felt comfortable hiring them. His father and another staff came to do outdoor prevention and set traps indoors for the 2 mice I had. All went well, and one mouse was trapped right away. The other one has not been trapped as far as I can tell, so I texted Dave for a follow-up (part of the service), but received no response. Then I received my credit card statement and found out that they billed me twice for over $1500!! I then called Dave, but he does not have his voicemail. I also sent a text and called a couple more times, but no response. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. So disappointing!"
