Diligent, as the boss came out to check on some bees that were not in the original problem, and he took care of them.

It took quite a while to get them to the house, but it seems they did a good job. ( I say seems because we can't tell right away if all the bees are gone for how long)

I hired Syracuse Exterminating after receiving false information from another professional. They came out the same day that I called and within a few hours. We were originally told we had hornets in our roof but they quickly identified them as yellow jackets and treated them. They also noticed that there was another hive in another location in my soffit.They were professional and through! They treated both hives for the original quote they gave me for one hive. I would definitely recommend this exterminator!!!
