Stephanie was an absolute treasure to work with, very responsive, efficient, caring and did an outstanding job. To my family she was a blessing. As soon as I put my request in, she called me right away. She worked with our lawyer and went above and beyond for the job. I don't know about anyone else but if you need raccoon or bat removal or cleanup, I highly recommend you call Stephanie at Wildlife Management and no I wasn't paid for this review. My communication and work with her were totally outstanding.

Great people to do business with! Had 2 other companies come to my place for estimates. They priced out "what I wanted done." When Wildlife Management came, they told me that "what I wanted" and what was needed to be done were 2 different things, and explained the reasons why. They were more expensive, but, in the long run is cheaper to do the work on what needed to be done. Because "what I wanted", I have been paying for 5 years now for the same thing. It has now been 6 months since they completed the work, and all is still good. Well worth the money to get it done correctly the first time. Wish that I had found them 5 years ago when the problem first started with the squirrels! They explain everything, and even "dumb down" the wording so that I could understand what was going on and why. Could not ask for a better company to work with!

Very personable owner and crew. Went above and beyond to get us the right price and make us comfortable with the extent of work that was needed. Work was completed timely. Would recommend to others.

Do not hire them! We had bats move into our attic and the company owner (Stephanie Boerman) decided to install one way exits for the bats, so they could freely leave but not return to the house. She requested payment up front, which was several thousand dollars (*red flag, right there!). Her technicians installed the bat exits, which were completely ineffective. We have been unable to get in contact with her since. The bat colony is very much alive and well in our attic, and she has been unresponsive about follow up work or any sort of refund. She had her money. This "business" is nothing more than a scam. If you value your time and money, choose anyone else for wildlife issue management.

Do not use this company! We heard animal sounds in our soffits at night and believed it to be a squirrel. We did an internet search for squirrel removal and made contact through what appeared to be a national list of professionals (animal Control aaanimalcontrol.com). Wildlife Management was supposedly the expert serving our area, and the owner, Stephanie Boerman, came to our home for an inspection the next day (11/17). She told us she saw a squirrel on our roof near a dormer roof intersection. She never got out a ladder to inspect the roof and eaves (easily accessible). She talked at length about her plan to remove the squirrel and prevent re-entry. Cost 1088.75 due at the first visit for way exclusion for animals to exit the home without re-entry. Patch up holes animals made after they have left home. Disinfect area - Disinfect to kill any of the bacteria, germs, diseases, or viruses any of the animals may have brought into the home. Pheromone Neutralizer will neutralize the animal scents left by the animals. Repair any entry points made by animals to the eaves and/or soffit. Within a few days, two men came over with a ladder. Again there was no further assessment done. They went up to the area Stephanie suspected and installed a one-way trap. The soffit sounds continued for the next few weeks. We suspected improper installation (or location) of the trap, and probable lack of liability insurance for workers and/or damage. Through word-of-mouth, we found a reputable pest/wildlife removal company (RC). The RC did a comprehensive assessment by inspecting the roof and removing the improperly installed trap (large gaps that allowed the squirrel to avoid the trap). The RC assumed we had flyer squirrels because we heard sounds only at night. With close inspection and placement of a video camera & baits in our attic, flyer squirrels and bats were identified. Traps were properly installed, and with the use of an additional video camera, 4 flyer squirrels were trapped and taken 10+ miles away, and the entry points were sealed. The bats will be taken care of when it gets warmer (more active). On 12/9, Wildlife Management workers arrived at the house to remove their trap. We gave them the removed trap and told them to do no further work. We informed Stephanie that we returned their trap and that we had photos of the improper/ineffective installation. No response whatsoever - she had her money

Beware--Do not hire them! I called them to remove a bird that was trapped in my chimney. They came out to do an assessment and told me that there was one bird stuck in the chimney and a nest of baby birds at the top. I am not sure how they knew that because they were unable (they told me due to state law) to get onto the roof for an inspection, but they assured me that there was a nest up there. Stephanie said she would write up an estimate and email it to me. Estimate arrived the next day for $895 to get the bird out of the chimney, remove the nest and babies and humanely **rehome** them, remove another existing birds nest from high up behind a drain pipe, clean and disinfect all affected areas and [all for $395] and install a custom chimney cap [for $495]. At the bottom of the estimate was printed: Please review this report at your convenience: if you would like to schedule service, please contact us. Before I had a chance to review the estimate or call them, a workman appeared in our backyard a day or 2 later and started putting a ladder on the roof. He did not even ring the bell or identify himself as being with Wildlife Management. My first mistake was letting them go ahead and do the work since they were there, but I was desperate to get the bird out of the chimney since he was making a racket and I did not want him dying in there. My second mistake was letting a wildlife management company install a chimney cap, and my third mistake was not checking prices on chimney caps. (You can get a good chimney cap installed by a reputable chimney company for $250-300.) The good news is that Wildlife Management got the bird out alive (by cleverly running a reverse vacuum and blowing him out the chimney, which took all of 5 minutes). However, the workers said there was no nest of baby birds on top of the chimney to remove or rehome. Furthermore they also failed to remove the existing birds nest behind the drain pipe, and there was no cleaning of that area. When I contacted Stephanie to ask how their contraption possibly qualifies as a custom chimney cap, she told me that they were unable to install one because of the way our chimney is built (never mind that we have a chimney cap on our other chimney which is exactly the same style.) She said that the workers instead installed a galvanized steel plate (with a hole in it) inside the chimney and this wire screen on top. She said that the workmen need better training on how to describe their work and also that they would be back soon to remove the birds, nest from behind the drain pipe. That was on 9/1, and, of course, it is still there. She has since then failed to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. A later inspection of the chimney by a reputable chimney service confirmed that they did not in fact install a galvanized steel plate inside the chimney. The other company managed to install an actual custom chimney cap, with no problem for $324. I have tried to communicate with the owner about receiving a partial refund and she does not return my phone calls or emails.

Still in the process of getting rid of the possums and possible raccoons. However, my overall experience is GREAT! The staff is very knowledgeable and answered each of my questions without hesitation. Certainly would call them again if needed. I've already recommended them to other family members. Thank you Wildlife Management!
