+ -1 moreI called on a Monday morning and was told someone would be there that day between five and seven pm. No show, no call. My husband called the next morning, Tuesday, and was told we had an appointment with "Chris" for the next day, Wednesday, between two and four. Again NO SHOW, NO CALL!!! We will be finding some other company to take care of our pests.

+ -1 moreI’m very happy with them as well. They have been hired to come out every month or couple of months. I think they are a little high but I don’t know what other companies are charging. I thought for what they did and came out, they weren’t here very long I thought the price might have been a little high. They’re contracted to come here.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for about 5 years now and have been very pleased. They took care of a severe carpenter ant infestation and now keep them at bay. They also take care of any other pests, including spiders, bees, mice, etc.

+ -1 moreThey don't stay long when they come out and their price goes up every year. I started out with them at like $75/service and now it's up to over $100/service which I find annoying. Other than that, they are fine. I'm going to start shopping around though.
Description of Work: They come out regularly for me to treat for general pests. I would prefer if they didn't come in the winter time actually though. I asked for that once and they said they cannot do that.

+ -1 moreI took the free inspection but declined to hire them for the exterminating. They charge almost $ 2,000 to set and monitor feeding stations with no quarantee or provision for repair of damage to the structure. Instead I read up on termites and ordered online the same tyoe of feeding station/bait traps Terminix uses for about $300 and spent another $300 on new basement windows. So far so good.

+ -1 moreTheir pricing is reasonable and they come whenever you need them. The name of the person who worked on the hives was Micheal and in general, he has been great and wonderful, he did a good job and I will not use anybody else except him.
