"I decided to go with Cassidy because out of the 4-5 different companies I contacted, they were the first to respond in a timely manner and their dispatch fee was affordable ($79 vs >$100). The actual service they provided went well. They were on time, finished the whole project within a couple hours and were professional. However, I did remove a star from my rating because they do overprice everything. I was able to cut down my total cost by >$300 by just buying my own supplies (ex: water faucet, basket strainer, faucet aerator, etc.). They were going to charge me $125 for something I was able to get for $4 and fix on my own, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend because they made the whole process go smoothly but I would just be aware of their pricing and make sure they don't trip you off."

"I bought a house in Ardsley recently. So, I was looking for an honest and reliable plumber whom I can trust if needed. So, I asked my realtor and she recommended Mr Wilson Taccuri. But He is a dishonest and unreliable plumber. I spoke to two other plumbers over the phone for 3 issues in one of my bathrooms. 1. low water pressure in faucet 2. leaking water around the P trap in the same sink and 3. constant dripping of water thru faucet. "I take back all the good things I said about them in 2 previous reviews! We needed a faucet replaced and I spoke with the Flotechs owner. He told me to buy a faucet on line and then schedule a service call when it arrived. The fauced arrived, and the plumber came (a few hours late). Turns out, the faucet was the wrong type. The owner didn't tell me anything about different faucet types, etc, so I purchased one from Amazon that looked similar. Turns out, it doesn't fit. The plumber came and removed the old faucet so I could take it in to a Home Depot (or similar) to get a replacement. But to install the new faucet would be another $400 (actually, 397.41) service visit charge. We've removed them from our contacts list, and will hire somebody else to install the faucet. Imagine- nearly a thousand dollars to switch out a faucet."

"Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."
