I used this company to fix a slow leak in a pipe under my toilet. They were here for 30 seconds and charged $232.59. Will never use DeGasperi again and will never recommend to friends. Will find a more reasonable company. This was an outrageous price for work done and time spent.

When the plumber showed up after speaking to him on the phone I was relieved to say the least. It was a Saturday and he responded ASAP. His work was immaculate and his price was more than fair. If you need a plumber who is honest and reliable look no further.

Never called me back to schedule site visit

All done in one day including replacement of toilet service line to septic system and concrete work to access service connection and then repair floor with no damage to tile flooring around toilet.

They did not show up in the two-hour window. I was called 15 minutes before the end of the window to inquire as to what kind of sink I have to ensure they have the right parts. Seemed a bit late to check on that. Then I spoke to the plumber directly an hour later (an hour past the window) and he said he wasn't sure he had the parts but would try to make it that day. I never heard from him again, they never called me in the 3 days since to try to reschedule. I'd recommend choosing a different plumber.

At first there was some miscommunication when workers arrived at the specified time to begin working. The original plan was for Chris to come, assess what I needed done and provide me with a price quote so I can decide if I want to move forward or not. After we settled the confusion, Chris came to personally give me a quote and stayed to do the work himself. He was very accommodating, kind, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and performed the work quickly, cleanly and professionally. I will be using DeGasperi for future plumbing needs. I also have to add that the office staff was incredibly helpful in trying to coordinate the project with my schedule. I'm very happy with this company.

Great! They tried their best to accommodate my tight schedule, and two guys came only a couple of hours after I called. They arrived on time, and got to work immediately. The job was done quickly and professionally. No mess left behind. The charge was reasonable and clear. Very pleased with the experience.

We were very happy with their service. They were punctual, courteous and did a very good job fixing the various plumbing tasks we gave them. They were reasonably priced and had repair parts with them so the job could be done all at once. We would definitely use them again.

Did not end up using provider since I did the work myself, but for bigger jobs I will use them in the future

to find and cut the pipe then clear the pipe.

There were couple of issues with my shower. Whenever I turned on water there was a big rattling noise coming from pipes and in shower mode the water was not mixing properly. I just had a bad experience with another plumber who without understanding the problem had proposed some expensive repairs. Chris patiently listened to the problem. He had his tools and was quick to open and diagnose the issue. The problem was with warn out washers and also some cleaning required. He was finished in 20 mins and waited till I ensured that sound was gone and there was no water leak. Will always use him in the future.

DeGasperi plumbing was fantastic. He will be the plumber I use for now on. He didn't have a part on his truck so he had to go get it. He purchased and used only quality parts which are now required by code. I'm so used to wondering if people who work in my house are doing things the right way. I won't have to worry about it with this plumber. He fixed 2 leaks and a faucet/valve out side. We were almost over the 2 hours. When he turned on the water he found a third leak as he was ready to put his tools away and we were close to the 2 hours. Without me saying anything, he said he found another leak and went to fix it.We were slightly over the2 hours, but he told me we made it under the 2hours. He could have said he'll have to come back to fix the "T" leak. He did not. DeGasperi and Son Plumbing and heating is a true professional and very good!!

Bill and Chris De Gasperi have done many jobs at our house. They have fixed leaks, installed appliances, and helped us with many other plumbing issues. They have always completed jobs, even running out to buy a part from a plumbing supply store so they can finish the project that day. Although they are busy with large commercial projects, if we have an emergency, Chris will stop by our house on his way home to repair whatever the issue is. No matter how tired he is from previous jobs, he is always pleasant and explains exactly what the problem is and what it will involve. If it is a simple job, he does it quickly and NEVER makes it into something more involved. We always found Chris and Bill to be honorable and trust them. They show up on time and if they are running late they call. We appreciate their sense of responsibility and professionalism.

The repairs went well, and there is no leaking and the new faucet is soundly in place.

Showed up promptly at 7:30 a.m. and spent the entire day installing my new oil burner and water heater. It seemed to take quite a long time (13 hours!) but they did a professional job. I do not think they were that knowledgeable about setting up the boiler once it was installed and I had my oil company (Burke Oil) do that. He also needed to come back and install an expansion tank on the water heater which he did promptly. Overall I would say good, but not excellent.

i got this plumber from the maint. person where i live. should have gotten an estimate as labor turned out to be approx 122.00 an hour. parts were resonable. material 70.00 and labor 378.00. wow!!! the wall needed to be broken around the valve so for this price i should have asked for the plaster to be fixed.

They are very handy. They are able to do simple carpentry, if necessary. I very much appreciated that they were able to come right over in an emergency.

I had a flood from a valve that burst inside the wall of my finished basement. The valve was installed the prior year by another plumber. My basement was flooded and I was hosting a party for 90 people in my home the following day. Bill came to my home immediately and helped me get the situation under control enough to have the party. He came back a few days later and fixed all of the mistakes made by the other plumber. On another occasion, he came the same day I called him to fix a leak in my spray hose (also installed by the other plumber) that was leaking into my cabinet below my sink. Bill and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside is the price but I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for.
