We loved Christian! He did an amazing job fixing the pipes under the sink and installing the new dishwasher. 2 different groups of guys had tried to install that dishwasher, failed badly and we finally got a pro who knows what he is doing! Our frustration was hitting the sky level with the failed attempts. Today, once again, we experienced the highest quality of work and professionalism by one of the Flotechs guys. My hubby and I are super happy! Thank you so much!!!

Called Flotechs after getting their number from my local facebook group -- they were prompt in their response, emailed me a reminder with a photo of who was coming to my home, and performed the work as expected. They were very neat, love that they wore booties and used dropcloths

I called Flowtechs Plumbing early in the morning because of a potential gas leak around our dryer. Johnnie arrived a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation, confirmed no gas leak from the line and then recommended replacing the vent hose given the very poor condition of the current one. We then took Johnnie through the house to discuss other plumbing issues we had including fixing a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was not flushing to full capacity. Johnnie was an incredible technician with the ultimate customer service attitude. He took the time to explain situations, recommendations and listened patiently to our questions before answering them. I have never had such a positive experience with plumbing professionals. This experience has made us permanent Flowtech customers for as long as we live in the area.

This business is extremely well run and well-organized. In addition, the staff are friendly and helpful. My issue was a simple one (clogged toilet) but because I see how on top of things they are I feel confident I can call for more complex issues. I will be using them again.

We had our house built in 1974, but the original contractor used substandard pipes, which started to spring leaks about 40 years later. 5 years ago, we had the pipes in the basement replaced, but then leaks started upstairs. We decided to bite the bullet, and are extremely lucky to have chosen Flotechs. Not only was the work performed with the least possible "trauma" to walls and ceilings, using highest-quality materials, but Dave, who did the work, could "moonlight" as a clock-setter, since he always arrived at exactly the time specified! Cleaned up after the work was done. It was a big job, but between work sessions, we got our running water back, so minimal disruption! This was almost analagous to laparoscopic surgery! Our house is "odd" (geodesic dome), so the plumbing replacement required some strategic thinking. And we did indeed "rehire" Dave at Flotechs to replace some old faucets upstairs just a week later. These guys are the best! If anybody would like my verbal confirmation, they can freely give you my number and I'll sing their praises (if you can stand my singing...).

This is the second time I have used Flotech for a drainage problem and both times I have been completely satisfied. Their technician Johnnie came to do the work and he explained everything he was doing. He gave tips to keep from happening again. I plan to use them again for a camera inspection of the pipes. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, methodical and kind. Jonnie found and fixed a leak causing severe damage to our living room floor in no time at all. We met with one plumber before FloTechs, and the experience was as different as night and day. First plumber couldn't find the leak and said we needed to open the bathroom floor, bathroom wall and a downstairs wall to find and repair the leak. We met with Flotechs for a second opinion before tearing up our house. FloTechs called to discuss my issue, then sent email updates to let us know who would be coming. It was all extremely professional and transparent. Jonnie’s knowledge and professionalism immediately put us at ease. He thoroughly checked and eliminated all possible sources- taking care to explain his reasons and teaching me a lot about my home. He then checked a suspicious radiator valve the other plumber refused to even consider, and in doing so- found the leak and repaired it in 20 minutes. Jonnie was extremely patient and kind, answering all of my remedial questions and ultimately teaching me how my home functions. I recommend FloTechs in the most enthusiastic terms possible.

Flotech’s Dave and John came and did the same great job they did for me on another project in November 2019. They installed a sump pump and associated PVC piping under my bilco door. It worked perfectly in it’s first test – the heavy rain on Monday April 13 – starting up at least 5 times and pumping out incoming water that was building up.

Great. It was much less of a job than I anticipated, was fixed in less time than I anticipated and cost much less than I anticipated. On a coronavirus Sunday morning no less!

The team was able to quickly identify and address the issue and gave some tips to prevent future clogs.

On the Monday after the Thanksgiving weekend I woke up to a cold house and discovered that my gas boiler wasn't working. My regular service guy was away so I went to Angie's List and based on the positive reviews called Flotechs. Josh, the owner of the company, answered and sent two technicians over later that morning. Jonnie and his assistant ( I believe it was Jason) arrived ontime within the apointment window. Jonnie accurately diagnosed and corrected the problem which was the igniter which needed to be replaced. Both were friendly and I appreciated receiving an email with their photos so I knew in advance who would be arriving at my home. There was a rain/snow storm approaching that day so I also appreciated their promptly showing up. I would call them again and would recommend them to anyone needing boiler service.

Professional and qualified. Job completed in under an hour. This contractor is now my go-to for plumbing needs.

It went great - all aspects of the job

Called on Sunday to have a broken pipe repaired. In about an hour Dave (a very nice, and very competent plumber) was in my home. He quickly and neatly repaired the damage I had done.

Very well! Dave and John were very professional. They explained everything, gave us some recommendations and did an overall great job. Communication is key and Flotechs is very good about sending emails and text messages throughout the process. Great job!

Called Flotechs at 8:45 am and Jose and Joey showed up at 10:30 am. They figured out the issue quickly and explained everything they were doing to me as they were running tests throughout the house. As we were testing each bathroom, they noted other issues they could fix while they were here. They solved the major problem (water hammering) quickly and also handled four other minor repairs at the same time. I could not have been happier with the professionalism of the office who scheduled the service call, and the work performed by Jose and Josh. I recommend them without hesitation.

Josh, José, Dave and everyone that came over to work at my house were fantastic. This job was a total gut of the existing plumbing. They took everything out, and ran all new plumbing. The water pressure is fantastic, the new pipes were done neatly too. They put a new gas line out to my bbq, replaced the existing gas lines, removed the last owner's old gas lines which were not to code. Everything works well and as expected. They were great with my dog, super polite, and always on time. They felt like family by the end of all of this.

My garbage disposal was leaking and John came in and removed it and reconnected the plumbing. I called on Monday and had an appointment for Tuesday. He called me when he was close and showed up in the time range promised. He had all of the parts he needed with him AND he cleaned up when he left. Everything was spotless.
