Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again.

If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Bernadette. Theresa, Chris and everyone else were excellent. They went beyond the call of duty. My problem was difficult and the towm and health department was involve. Cassidy plumbing did everything in their power to help. They made some recommendations, which i followed through. Through the entire ordeal,Bernadette and Theresa kept in touch on a regular basis. I highly recommend Cassidy plumbing.

We recently had a new toilet and bidet seat installed. The young men removed the old toilet very neatly and efficiently. They found the existing gasket under the toilet base needed to be replaced and took care of that. They also found that the cold water hookup had some evidence of rusting and did not line up well with the new toilet. In order to install a new line they needed to open a small access point in the ceiling of the boiler room. Once this was done, they patched the ceiling. They did a beautiful installation and showed us how the bidet functioned. The work area was spotless when they were done and they removed all of the packaging and debris. Both young men were friendly and professional. I was very comfortable having them in my house and would not hesitate to have them back to do other projects!!

Cassidy Plumbing is now my first call for any plumbing issues. I recently had a bad leak in my well water tank late on a Thursday night and put in an emergency call to Cassidy. The owner [Patrick] got back to me [via his phone while he was out of the country] and told me which valves to close and power source to stop the leak for the evening. By the time I called the office in the morning the office staff [Bernadette & Theresa] had already known about the issue, ordered and located the right tank and was able to have their staff install it the same afternoon. So....in less than 24 hrs, Cassidy Plumbing was able to get our facility up and running by Friday afternoon before the weekend. Also, the cost was within the estimate which is appreciated because there are companies who would take advantage of a customer's vulnerable situation, not Cassidy Plumbing. I highly recommend them!!

Cassidy is a total theif and liar! He belongs in prison.

They're awful; terrible. And every time that they have done any work in my house, which has cost so much money, it has broken. My toilet - they put a brand new toilet in - they never plastered it. So then I pre-paid them more money, a lot of money, to re-plaster it because we didn't know why it was shaking, and they still didn't do it. So then I hired another plumbing provider who did it the right way, finally; and I have pictures of all this. This was last Summer. They put the toilet in the Summer before that and then they put my shower, a brand new shower in before that, and the shower just broke last week and the other plumbing provider - that's why they were there, repairing the shower that Cassidy put in. The initial time, them putting it in wrong, was over $1,000; and then when it was shaking and the bathroom floor smelled like urine, they charged like $500 to come to the house and do nothing to it. And my other plumbing provider came for $175 and something. So whatever they have touched in my house has broken and my other plumbing provider has fixed it. I don't know how they're in business; I really don't.

I had lost water pressure on Saturday and made a emergency call to a unknown company from google. I talked to a person immediately from Cassidy Plumbing and was told I would get a call from an employee in one hour. An employee called and would come over in 15 minutes. I was amazed at the response time. He check out my water system thoroughly and told me that I wasn't getting water in the well tank causing me to lose pressure but also I was not getting any pressure straight from the well either. It was either the water pressure tank with the pressure switch or the water pump that was causing this problem. The pressure gauge was also broken. He explained fully what needed to be done, the price for each issue and since he was not able to do anything until Monday, I was first on the list. Cassidy Plumbing called me in the morning and told me that they would be their in one hour. They came promptly and went to the well tank first and found out the pressure switch had corroded and the well tank was also not doing it's job. The tank was about 15 years old and the switch was more than 25 years old. I was told and saw everything that needed to be replaced and the price. When replacing the valve close to the water filter housing the piping broke off and upon looking at it this was corroded too! I was able to get a discount for the water filter housing since they were working on that section of piping and it was unexpected. Afterwards they tested the water pressure to make sure all was working and that the register near the pressure switch was functioning. My water room is the size of a closet. Inside is the water heater, water softener system (tank for salt and two tall cylinders), electrical box, telephone box, cast iron plumbing for toilet and the well tank. It was tight to say the least and they did a neat job of putting everything together and cleaning up. I have had to replace my well pump and another time the electrical wiring to the pump and both these companies could not compare to the professionalism and services that Cassidy Plumbing and Heating.

They seem to be timely and friendly. They did a good job. Plumbers are always expensive. I feel they were responsive. They set the appointment and stuck to it.

I thought the price was good. They knew what needed to be done and knew how to do it. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. HE REPLACED A SIX INCH WATER HEATER PIPE. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEMS.
