Steven was the absolute best… arrived at the very start of only a two hour window, fixed the problem in about an hour. Very polite and courteous. I called three plumbers and he was the first to call me back and the only one who would give me a ballpark figure over the phone. It went very well. Spoke to them one evening and by the next morning, they were here to install the water heater. I appreciated the quick service.

Atomic responded quickly the same day and completed the job quick. Very happy with the service. Price seemed a little high to me but is probably in line with what it costs to get a plumber out quick for a small job. I believe I paid their minimum price for a job.

Steve called me within 15 minutes of me placing my request to Angie's list - amazingly quick. He had KP out on a Sunday (even though I didn't need it) within a couple hours. KP tried to repair the bathtub valves on an old bathtub, but they continued to leak by. He replaced the kitchen faucet and sprayer (had it on hand in the truck). Couldn't diagnose the radiator. Steve called me back quickly when I sensed that I was unhappy about the price and explained that KP tried to fix the bathtub valves, but being old couldn't. He did charge for the time and gave me a slight break. We scheduled another appointment and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule - excellent. This time he sent Steve L who turned out to be a real pro. He fixed the valves and helped with my radiator. Service was performed very well. I will call Atomic Rooter again, but will request Steve L. A bit expensive...

Someone called back right away and schedule to come to our home at 10am. They were 4 hours late. Two guys, one seem to be professional and knew what he is doing. They checked 3 bathrooms and drain pipe, and suggested I replace the flappers, seal one of the toilets, and put epoxy around the possible crack in one of the drain pipes. The whole job took less than an hour and cost me 620 dollars. I am new a home owner and don't have much experience, and I did not request a quote in writing, but I was told in the beginning that smoke test will cost 550, if it comes to it. They did not do it. I feel they used my inexperience to gain. Not to mention, that the problem of smell remained unfixed and I did not see any changes in how toilets work.

I called and received the answering service. Steve called me back within 5 minutes. He then spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining what I could do to troubleshoot the problem. He was very gracious. He never pressured me and even gave me a ballpark figure to do the job if needed. Nice man.

I was advised the pipe under the vanity needed to be replaced, so I paid $380 to have a pipe replaced under vanity sink. The leak in the pipe under the vanity was repaired. To locate the ceiling leak they cut a hole in the ceiling and found that the source of the leak was the seal on the pipe that drained the shower. They did not have the part with them. Steve advised it would be $340 plus the cost of the part. They returned 3 days later to complete the repair. I was presented a bill for $680, which was double the quote. When I asked why the bill was so high, I was advised, "Because, that is how much it costs." When I asked how much the part costs, I was advised, "$85 - $100, but I did not add the mark up to your cost." No explanation was given for why the 2nd bill was double the quoted cost. Not sure how the Super Service Award was earned, but stay clear of this one. I received a check for $240, along with an apology from Steve for the overcharge.

The two service people arrived on time (within hours of my call!) and were courteous and efficient; it was a tough job and they kept me informed on what needed to be done. Larry, the head guy, was totally professional and friendly. They were great!

They were fine. I don't remember the cost. It was almost $250. It was fine 4 out of 5.

Very responsive, set up an appointment within 3 hrs. I feel like I got very overcharged and they didn't tell me the price until the plumber arrived.

Beyond my expectations!!! The guys are gems we had to postpone a day because of weather but the next day they were at the house by 9 am and well into the repair. They were done by about 3:30 pm. They were neat and when job was fine you couldn't tell work was done!!!!! I will happily use their services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Larry and Russell were professional and effective in getting the job done. Additionally, some very helpful guidance on next steps after this project. This was no marketing ploy but rather evidence based guidance. Much appreciated and I will use Atomic again!

I called after 11pm and they came before 10am the next day. They replaced the sump pump, cleaned out some accumulated debris, and fixed a badly-secured section of outflow pipe, all in short order. No problems.

We have an old house (100+ years old). I called Atomic Rooter to fix a bad clog and reconnect drain pipes. They responded quickly, came the next day (as agreed), on time, professional, clean and upfront price. For plumbing services, I think they were very reasonable. Larry and his assistant were great. I will use them again.

The work was done timely. Joe was professional. I cant speak to the cost as I have nothing to compare to but need the job done. So I will not rate cost

I was upset to have both the kitchen sink and the nearby bathroom sink totally clogged up, especially right before a holiday weekend. My husband and I tried to clear it up with a snake, plunger, and lots of drain cleaner last night but could not clear it up. Early this morning I called Atomic. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. I then received a call back very quickly and was told a plumber could come out between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. today. I was extremely happy to be offered service right away! Larry arrived promptly and was also very courteous, professional, and friendly. He looked at the problem and immediately knew how to proceed. He quickly had the kitchen sink cleared (which also fixed the bathroom problem because the plumbing is connected). While he was here, I also had him look at a problem with the outside faucet in the back of the house, and he was very helpful in suggesting two options we could consider later on (since this was not an emergency). I felt the fee was reasonable and was also given a 10% discount for Angie's List. I could not recommend this company any more enthusiastically after having had some awful (and very costly) experiences with other plumbers. Now the problem is solved, and we can enjoy the Memorial Day weekend!

Joey, the plumber from Atomic Rooter was punctual, he was professional. He did a great job with replacing the pipe. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and because the job was quick and easy, he also gave me a discount. Everything went great. I will likely reach out to Atomic Rooter in the future because I am considering some additional plumbing replacements for the house.

I called Atomic on a Saturday at 8:30 am to fix a leaky faucet that rendered my kitchen sink unusable. I was a quoted a minimum $250 for the service call, which I thought was not obviously cheap, but since I had already called someone else unsuccessfully, decided to go with it. I was quoted an arrival time between 9:30 am and 11:00 am and the repair person, I think he was the business owner, arrived at 10:00 am. He was very courteous and professional. He said that the faucet had been assembled defectively and one of the parts was loose. He tightened it and put additional silicon around the faucet. The total job took him about 20 minutes. He said that since there were no parts needed and the job was simple, he would reduce the price to $190. Since, I had already agreed to pay $250, I was very appreciative. Overall, the high level of professionalism and the courteous service I received was worth the cost. I would definitely use Atomic again.

Steve came out the day of my call. He spent several hours pulling out wipes, toilet paper and waste garbage that clogged out main sewer line; using a snake and eventually a commercial jet washer to clean the line. Steve wouldn't stop until the line was completely clear. I appreciate all of the hard work he and crew put in late on a Friday afternoon. I am extremely grateful. A very satisfied customer. :)

They cleared the drains of two bathroom sinks. Just doing one sink is $285 even though it takes the plumber about 20 minutes. This is excessive, especially since we had the same service performed a year ago by the same company.

The service person came promptly and was able to install the faucet and a trash disposal unit that had been taken out when the countertop was replaced. There was a slight adjustment that needed to be made in the piping for the trash disposal unit. Everything was done in a professional manner. However, the price was a bit high in my opinion to just put back what was disconnected.

Quickly able to identify source of leak. Stayed after repairs were made to ensure issue was resolved. Steve even offered to spray the water damaged area with bleach and change a light bulb for me before leaving.
