"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"My experience with Service One Appliance is outstanding. The reason I came into contact with them is that I purchased a 95 year old home summer 2018 and also purchased a home warranty with American Home Shield. I purchased the cover anything and everything package with the home warranty company. In my home I have a Fisher & Payke double drawer like dishwasher system. The system has both a salt water softener system and the liquid reservoir to add jet dry. The mechanisms failed an indicated on both drawers that the dispensers [salt, jet dry and detergent ]needed to be filled when the reservoir were indeed filled. Also, the system stated to behave erratically during operation. I contacted American Home Shield and filed a claim and voila, painlessly generated a request and the insurance carrier contacted Service One Appliance on my behalf. Within hours Service One Appliance reached out to me and scheduled an appointment. By the next week, they sent out their technician Jeff. Jeff came to the house. He first called me to let me know he was departing and arrived precisely on time. Jeff was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Jeff determined that both Fisher & Payke computer units had failed and would need to be replaced. Jeff ordered the parts and a week later, 16 May 2019 he returned with new computer hardware and installed the replacements. The entire process was painless and enjoyable. I really appreciated just now nice the folks are at Service One Appliance are. Speaking with everyone at the Service One Appliance as well as working directly with Jeff was pure joy. Than you Service One Appliance and Jeff for making every step painless and effortless."
