My experience with Service One Appliance is outstanding. The reason I came into contact with them is that I purchased a 95 year old home summer 2018 and also purchased a home warranty with American Home Shield. I purchased the cover anything and everything package with the home warranty company. In my home I have a Fisher & Payke double drawer like dishwasher system. The system has both a salt water softener system and the liquid reservoir to add jet dry. The mechanisms failed an indicated on both drawers that the dispensers [salt, jet dry and detergent ]needed to be filled when the reservoir were indeed filled. Also, the system stated to behave erratically during operation. I contacted American Home Shield and filed a claim and voila, painlessly generated a request and the insurance carrier contacted Service One Appliance on my behalf. Within hours Service One Appliance reached out to me and scheduled an appointment. By the next week, they sent out their technician Jeff. Jeff came to the house. He first called me to let me know he was departing and arrived precisely on time. Jeff was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Jeff determined that both Fisher & Payke computer units had failed and would need to be replaced. Jeff ordered the parts and a week later, 16 May 2019 he returned with new computer hardware and installed the replacements. The entire process was painless and enjoyable. I really appreciated just now nice the folks are at Service One Appliance are. Speaking with everyone at the Service One Appliance as well as working directly with Jeff was pure joy. Than you Service One Appliance and Jeff for making every step painless and effortless.

It went very well. Serviceman needed a little help from husband, as washer is very heavy to lift up on pedestal, but requested service completed successfully, and done in this one visit.

Work was completed as scheduled in a very professional manner.

Serviceman came just a few hours after I first frantically called @ noon on a Saturday! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Went GREAT, these folks were super helpful! They squeezed me in the same day I called AND fixed the problem. The tech. was was kind and didn't make any comment about the tight squeeze! Keeping their number for those appliance emergencies!

Good information on how to make it run better. He could have ordered parts for it which may or may not fix it. The spin cycle was really loud so he said to clean all the filters and clean it real good. If it breaks he would be able to pinpoint the issue. He was very honest and didn't rip us off.

I contacted Service One January 2015. When I called I spoke to Pam Herndon and explained that I needed help in the correct installation of an Air King Valenicia 30? range hood. A few weeks prior, I had a different contractor attempt to install my range hood and he did a very poor of job it. It was left attached to the ceiling by one screw and about 1.5? off level. I explained my dilemma to Pam and I sent her pictures of the work. She said that her technician would have no problem in fixing the hood. She was able to book an appointment early the following week. The technician was on time to the appointment and did a thorough assessment of the hood. He ended up having to take the entire hood down and doing a complete proper re-install. He completed the job in little over an hour. Pam and Service One were great to work with and very accommodating. I would hire Pam and Service One again and highly recommend them for any appliance needs. They do solid work with prompt service at a fair price.

After discovering that my Kenmore refrigerator had stopped cooling, I naturally wanted a prompt repair. A friendly telephone receptionist at Service One connected me with a company tech who agreed to provide a service call the same afternoon. The repairman appeared on schedule, and discovered a malfunctioning control module. He melted a mass of ice in the back panel, made temporary repairs so the refrigerator would operate, and arranged to return the next morning with an appropriate replacement module. He appeared the next day on schedule with the ordered part and installed it, completing the project. The refrigerator has operated perfectly since the repair. Over one half of the total cost was the price of the new control module. The charges for the labor were more than reasonable, given the time invested by the repairman. I was very pleased with the service provided, particularly the prompt response. All of the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and professional. I will certainly use Service One again when the need arises.

I called them the day before because my refrigerator was not cooling on the refrigerator side. (Side by Side refrig) They set up an appointment for the next day and was here right on time. The service agent was very professional (had worked in the field for 15 years). He knew exactly what to look for after telling him what had taken place prior to the refrigerator not working. I would highly recommend the company to my friends and would definitely use them again. They were very reasonable in their price as well. I give them many kudos!

I called Service One Appliance early in the morning ... choosing them over another ElectroLux repair service listed by ElectroLux, because of a better Angie's List rating. They gave me a time window the same morning - between 10 and noon. The technician - E.W. Brandi - arrived about 11:00 a.m. He checked the circuit breakers, then pulled the oven out - and also showed me how to take the front door off for cleaning, which I appreciated! After diagnosing what the real problem was, he told us that he would have to go get a part. E.W. called to find out that the part was available, and let us know that he would be back to complete the job in about one hour. We went to lunch and left the door open for him. When we returned, E.W. was there and working, having arrived just before we did. He had the oven fixed and back into place in short order. I was really impressed at the professionalism of E.W. and the staff that I spoke to on the phone. They get right to it and get it done. I felt completely at ease talking to E.W. and had no qualms leaving the door open for him to return to the job while we were out. I will recommend them to others in our neighborhood since they're located just over on Damonte Ranch. Kudos.

Based upon our experience, we highly recommend Service One!

It took 5 visits and 3 repairmen to get the complete repair done, Starting Dec 8th, 2011 and ending Jan 3rd,2012. First it was the wrong part, then the right part but the repairman could not make it work.On the next visit, it was something touching the board and the door was put on wrong, so for several days we had to open the freezer door before opening and closing the refrigerator door to keep the freezer door from scratching the refrigerator door!!! It was a nightmare!!! On Jan 3rd the lead tech installed a new icemaker and fixed it so the door was properly aligned. We now have ice and water thru the door and just a few scratches.

It was really good. They did a great job even though we hit a lot of snags with the cook top. We had to keep replacing cook tops until we found one that worked out, so they probably came out four or five times and didn't charge me for each one. He was really nice about it and came out when we found the right one. He fit me in as soon as he could, he got the work done, and he seemed competent. The staff was really easy to work with and accommodating.
