Brandon is a 'True Professional' in every sense of the words! He calls before his arrival, he arrives on time, he explains his analysis expertly and completes his projects most professionally. He repaired our ice maker after two other repair service personnel failed to fix the problem! In all the decades of service repairs at our home, he is the best and most professional! Brandon went above and beyond to get my refrigerator repaired. He showed up at the end of the day and fixed a brand that--I have found out afterwards--most people won't touch. He explained every thing and told me what to take of in the future too. I will never call anyone else.
