I told him he needed to make this right and he became even more defensive and said paying $300.00 is better than paying $3,000.00, and then he said he needed to attend to his pregnant wife. I told him if he did not make this right I would sue him and he said to go ahead because he would gladly counter-sue me and hung up the phone. This man lied to my wife about testing a refrigerator compressor and had zero remorse about scamming us."
