They ignore phone calls once they do not want to complete the work. The service call was placed 2 months ago and the repair has not been finished. Now, they will not even return or take our calls.

Even though I took the dryer to their shop, I was charged like a home service call. All said the repair was excellent.

We are now 2 months into the repair of our oven which began in April. Initially the tech found a shorted wire. He repaired that without searching any further for what caused the wire to short. The next time we turned on the oven, a control board burned out. When the tech returned, he admitted he enabled another wire to contact the metal back of the oven and that caused the board to short out. He ordered a replacement. I waited for two weeks. Not hearing from them I called and, miraculously, the part had just come in the day before. But did they call me to make another service appointment? NO. So the tech returned and replaced the board. That night the warmer oven turned on by itself and a loud humming noise was evident. We had to unplug the oven to get the warmer oven to turn off. When the tech returned, he said he had to order a new board. A week later, when a called them, they informed me that the supplier shipped the wrong part. It is now two weeks later and still no calls from Mr. Appliance. I have been calling them for two days and cannot get them to call me back.

The technician called when he was on his way, and I received a text message with his name and photo moments after. He came and fixed both my garage freezer and my kitchen refrigerator/freezer within an hour s time. My little one was fascinated with the tools, etc, and the tech was nice to my son. That s an added touch that goes a long way.

It was extremely expensive. I was shocked by the price. He was only there for 15 minutes and wasn't expecting to pay that much. I will never use them again.

Diagnosis fee is a little high, but they are professional and showed up on time.

I did not like that I was told if I would hire them over the phone that their fee to inspect the machine would be rolled into the fix. Felt like price gouging.

he came fast i was quoted 86 plus change on phone, then was told 96.01. i did not have change paid cash, had to give 100.00 got no change back. so make sure you have exact if they come out and make sure of cost...that was weird quoted on price than told another i don't see tax being that high. they should have change if they take cash...ugh
