They were very respectful of our home, worked nonstop until the work was finished, and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."

"Santo is the ultimate professional when it comes to designing your home. As I have reviewed him TN the past his work is second to none. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. I can't tell you how many compliments we receive and the woodwork he did in the staircase and all points around it is exceptional. I would recommend Santo for any job you have. "Do not hesitate to hire Forza for your home renovations. They did a fantastic job at 2 locations for me. A complete bathroom renovation (complete demo to studs, including new window) at one, and a complete kitchen/bathroom at the other, along with new window in each, new flooring throughout 2 bedroom apartment, new doors, molding and paint throughout. And a steel door installation through a load bearing wall. Everything done to my complete satisfaction (I was in the contracting business as a young man). John and Tracy will guide you through the renovations, offering material and paint color guidance to help achieve the best outcome. They show up every day, Monday-Friday, until the job is complete. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction. I anticipate using them in the future."
