Santo is the ultimate professional when it comes to designing your home. As I have reviewed him TN the past his work is second to none. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. I can't tell you how many compliments we receive and the woodwork he did in the staircase and all points around it is exceptional. I would recommend Santo for any job you have. Santo did such a beautiful and professional job. He remodeled our Powder Room by removing the old vanity and flooring. He installed a sink and tiled the floor. He painted, added molding and baseboards, repurposed a light by adding it to the powder room. He demolished our kitchen and then remodeled it so beautifully. He removed soffits that served no purpose, added new cabinets, added beautiful storage cabinets, put in molding, did custom wood work around our refrigerator so that the refrigerator blends in with the woodwork around it. He also added a lovely backsplash and painted. He then painted our first floor which consists of our living room, dining room, and hallway leading to our front door. He re-did the molding that we had initially done. He also put molding in our hallway that was not previously there. He then remodeled our basement. He put in walls, baseboards, doors, flooring, ceiling, column covers , he literally recreated the staircase that leads to the basement, and he painted. He worked with us by helping us pick the best cabinets and accessories needed for the kitchen. He was there with us when we were picking the new powder room sink and tile and fixtures. He went to the flooring stores with us so that we made sure to pick the best products for the basement. He also has many contacts and would go and pick up items needed to finish the job that we couldn't find in the main home stores. I can't say enough about Santo. He is professional and pleasant to work with. We have received so many compliments on his work from family and friends. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Santo is extremely capable. He listened to our ideas, he worked with us from advising what we could expect with our kitchen remodel. He took an outdated kitchen and made it look fabulous. He transformed our kitchen and we have received so many compliments from the cabinetry, to the backsplash, crown molding and painting. He went above and beyond adding finishing touches. I had already posted a review about our fist floor powder room that he transformed. In addition to these two great pieces of work, he painted our entire fist floor and put up new crown molding. We have received so many compliments. Our next project will be our basement and judging from the beautiful work he did in our kitchen and our first floor, I know that he will do a fabulous job. Excellent. Santo did a wonderful job. We had our kitchen remodeled after 17 years in our home No one who has seen our kitchen before can believe the stunning transformation. We appreciate the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every job and his desire to want his clients to be happy with the work that he does. He is precise and has a high attention to detail with molding and wood working. This is our 3rd large scale project that Santo has completed for us. He has also remodeled our master bath, and powder room. Additionally he has given a feature wall in our family room with molding, and renovated our home offices, adding custom bookshelves, molding and a closet. If you want someone who you can trust to do what they say they will do-call Santo.

He was professional and did a very good job on the powder room. He is very pleasant to work with. Can't wait for him to remodel my kitchen and basement. He is very patient, as I ask him to install a shower door to my upstairs bathroom and he did that, it looks amazing.

Santo Fiorino came and gave an estimate, the pricing compared to others was very good, he guided us through the high-quality constructed cabinets, dovetails. He has a contractor rate that saved me 10% off the cabinets. The work was done excellently by the owner himself, and that's why I highly recommend him for any construction services that you would need.

The project went great. Santo does excellent work and is a stickler for being precise. He works alone and project focused as soon as he arrives. He was flexible about my schedule.

Santo was professional and did amazing work. He did everything from laying the tile floor to custom designing a radiator cover. His availability was better than any contractor I have ever worked with and I could call him at anytime if I had any questions. Santo is a very knowledge, versatile, trustworthy contractor/handyman. He renovated my parents 1/2 bathroom which required new sheetrock, toilet, vanity, mirror, etc. He also fixed the faucet in their basement slop sink. Santo is very good at plumbing, electrical, and any odd job you need done. I also hired Santo to fix the dryer vent exhaust pipe at my house, which he did no problem. I plan on using him again for other work I need done at my house.

Santo did a great job in renovating two full bathrooms and one powder room. I will definitely hire him for any future renovation projects and highly recommend him to my friends. Thank you Santo!

We had to do entire Kitchen renovation which including changing cabinets, flooring and updating fixtures. We are very pleased with the service Santo provided. He is very informative in explaining all the options to consider, provides with excellent service and always strives for perfection without rushing into completing things. I found him extremely cooperative and willing to accommodate the schedule.

The bathroom is a small first floor half bath with extremely severe limitations on the size of the toilet and the sink that can fit in the space. Mr. Fiorino provided advice on what toilet and sink would fit in the space that we had. Because of these limitations, there were some hiccups along the way but Mr. Fiorino was able to address all the issues that arose. The bathroom (while still small) looks wonderful, much nicer than it did before. I was very pleased with Mr. Fiorino's assistance in all aspects of the project. He takes a craftsman's pride in his work. I recommend him highly.

Santo remodeled our master bathroom and powder room. The master bath was a complete renovation. Given the state that the bathroom was initially in it was very hard for us to picture how it could ever be better. Santo guided us through every step of the process and made recommendations on materials and additions based on our needs. We are absolutely thrilled with how the bathroom turned out-it is beautiful. Our powder room remodel turned out extremely well also. We needed to add a shower to the existing first floor bathroom. Santo gave us different options for doing this and we were able to do so without losing a lot of additional square footage. Santo has also done additional painting, re-wiring, recessed lighting installation and other additional projects in our home. We are thankful that we found a contractor whom we can trust and delivers on what he says he will do.

Mr. Santo Fiorino improved the quality of my home by reinstalling two exterior doors making use of proper technique to install rot-proof door frames. He improved the weather-proofing of my doors and windows. He finished the job installing Azek composite and aluminum trim. Santo's knowledge and experience is a huge asset when challenges present themselves. Santo brings enthusiasm and commitment to the job every day. He goes the extra mile to please his customer.

It went really really good. I have an old house. It was built in the 1700's. Santo is a master carpenter and did a great job. The kitchen, the cabinets, sheetrock, spackling, woodwork, moulding, maple floors,were all done professionally and came out great. He worked very patiently with me and my wife. I would use him again and recommend his service. I already plan on using him on my next project, just saving money.

Mr. Santo Fiorino arrived ahead of time and got working on my bathroom. My replacement glass tub enclosure was installed punctually and performs perfectly. Three years later and there are no leaks. Santo replaced my shower regulator and installed replacement tile perfectly matching the original. Santo added much needed finishing touches to my new kitchen, including caulking the backsplash and a floor trim piece. Santo did a professional job touching up interior paint in the master bedroom and dining room. I would be pleased to hire Santo Fiorino for any future needs.

Fantastic. The transformation of my kitchen is nothing short of amazing. The contractor was very patient with me as I was still making decisions and then remaking them and then having to confer with my daughter. I added some things on as the work progressed and he was always happy to do whatever I wanted. If I was unsure what I wanted in the way of colors, granite or backsplash, he offered suggestions. He was very punctual and worked around my schedule (as I live on a busy street with no street parking so he had to wait until I left for work).
