EXCELLENT JOB!!! Jeff and JSD Properties did an excellent job with the extension and kitchen remodel for our home. We added a large family room to the back of our house and expanded the kitchen to create a beautiful new living space. Jeff and his team were always dependable and consistently worked to create the best space possible for us. The project was completed in a timely manner and stayed on budget. In the middle of the construction, our first child was born. Jeff and his crew were so accommodating and worked to have the least possible disruption to our newborn. It is clear that he really cares about his clients. We absolutely love our home and plan to work with Jeff on projects in the future.

Great! Jeff was very nice and helped me with the design of the extension. We added a six-foot extension to the front of the house. His workers were very respectful.

JSD properties took a 2 car garage and turned it into grammas new home. This included an entire bathroom install, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a small bedroom. In addition, a new dining room was also added onto the main house. With a baby in the house we were concerned with who we dealt with. The work was great, very satisfied. Everything looks nice and works as it should. His crew was beyond wonderful. Not only were they multi-talented and handled every aspect of the building and construction process, they were very respectful, they took extra safety precautions because of the baby. I liked that at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up everything. I am very happy to know that I have a nice, comfortable space to help raise my grandchild in. Jeff and JSD Properties will be the go to guy if we plan any other projects in the future

JSD Properties did a complete bathroom remodel. After a plumbing inspection revealed significant damage due to a faulty toilet. JSD Properties removed the entire bathroom floor including some joists that were water damaged. Jeff, the project manager was both pleasant and informative from beginning to end. He also assisted us in how to proceed with our insurance company in completing our claim. The bathroom remodel is a awesome success. It is truly one of the nicest bathrooms of its size that I have seen. Thanks JSD PROPERTIES!!

I would hire Jeff again and would recommend him and his crew 100%. . I've never been so pleased with a contractor from start to finish . His crew is professional and Jeff is there every step of the way . Communication never breaks down . And when my 7 yr old granddaughter insisted on seeing it he took her upstairs to see her aunts new room and her new baby cousins room . And made sue wi had a light in the area that my Santa collection would be stored. He doesn't miss a thing. .Only contractor I will trust moving forward and would recommend.

****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED **** We found the company on google search and are happy we did! We had a dirt crawl space under the home completely converted into a beautiful basement. With every major construction job there are always unexpected things that can turn up but Jeff was always clear, honest, and his standards are high make sure everything is done properly “the first time”. Jeff always was available to answer my calls and in contact every step of the way. In the end when I walked into the the finished basement it was amazing and exceeded our expectations.

It was great. I would recommend JSD Properties for any big or small remodeling. He is great to work with and very attentive! If we have additional remodeling projects I would only contact Jeff Dunn. He literally went above and beyond getting this project done. We are very grateful and we love it.

Jeff has been my contractor for the past 5 years and has done all types of projects for me including the addition and renovation of bathrooms, finishing a basement, remolding a kitchen, etc. Needless to say i trust Jeff to get the job done. When looking for a contractor, you want someone you can trust and is responsive and Jeff has shown that his is both of those things. He is responsive, fair, thorough, and will make sure the job is done the way you want it. In this case, I had Jeff completely renovate the exterior of one of my rental properties with new siding, new exterior doors, new front steps and new gutters. Jeff did the job efficiently and ensured all details were taken care of. The end results came out amazing. I consider Jeff my contractor whenever I look to renovate and use his for any jobs no matter how big or small.

Jeff and his team were responsive and extremely accommodating to the requested finishes for this project. There were a few custom design requests, Jeff and the team worked with me on, that resulted in elevating the finished product. There are other projects I have planned for the future and will be reaching out to Jeff when we are ready to begin those.

A few issues along the way but those were rectified job was completed in a timely manner as promised

Absolutely amazing service and work. Jeff is very accommodating and works with you every step of the way. You know that he cares about you and the work that him and his guys do. He completed my basement exactly as described and in a timely fashion. It was so good that I asked him to complete other renovations in my house after the basement was done. I recommend JSD to anyone looking for quality work and and owner that cares. $25,000 well spent and will be spending more in the future.

We had a tree fall and clipped our house at the end of October. Once we were able navigate the insurance company we hired Jeff to do the work. His estimate for the repairs was right on point with the insurance company. He was easy to work with and communicated with us on a regular bases. I will definitely hire Jeff and his company again for our next project!!

JSD properties did a great job fixing/finishing work in our basement bathroom. The owner Jeff gave us a detailed quote in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with. They arrived on time as scheduled for each day of work. They were polite and respectful of our property. We liked that they were professional and when they came to work, they worked (no waisting time). They also cleaned up which we appreciated. The plumber and electrician were top notch! All the work was done in the time frame they gave us and Jeff was on site to supervise and check the work throughout the process. At the end, there were a few minor details we wanted them to tweak, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely hire JSD again!

JSD built us a new construction home. Jeff is responsive and works hard to make sure you are happy with the finished product. He is willing and quick to resolve any issues or concerns and takes pride in his work. Jeff is fair and is capable in handling the challenges of building a home with all the bureaucracy involved in the process.

Jeff and his crews are amazing. My wife and I were in the process of buying our home, but the inspection discovered a lot of work that needed to be done. While other contractors were unresponsive or unprofessional, Jeff was in touch promptly and had great follow through - he provide a detailed quote to get us to closing and had his crews working just a two days after we closed. The work was swift and tidy. Our only regret is that we couldn't give Jeff more work... entering into a second contract to remodel our bathroom, we realized we bit off more than we could chew financially and had to pull out. Jeff could not have been more understanding, and that's what separates him from the rest. We look forward to using him again on future projects.

Jeff helped me finish my 900 sqft basement which included electric. This is the 4th project i have used Jeff for and all the projects came out spectacular. Jeff is an extremely responsive and will always ensure the project is done the correct way--and the way you want it. I have also had Jeff build a deck and renovate my mothers kitchen. I only use Jeff when i have renovations and plan to use him for any future jobs.

Awesome, if I had to use one word. I cannot say enough about his the wonderful outcome! If you want a contractor to show up and respond to your calls and messages right away well then Jeff is your guy.
