Showed up took copy of my plans because his printer wasn’t working. After numerous emails I never received a quote or my plans back. Still haven’t heard after 2 months. He won’t return my plans or email request.

Bob made my vision come true but even better. The guys were amazing and whenever I had a problem or question it was taken care of right away!

Bob and his team responded quickly and provided an estimate that was fair. He began the work when he said he would. He worked with us on design items. As this is a vacation home, we are not local and could only check on progress periodically. Bob sent us regular updates and pictures. They were very accommodating when we made design changes and added additional work. All of our questions were answered. As the job progressed, the team always cleaned up and once completed, the house was left spotless.

KBR Builders did a professional and quality job renovating my two bathrooms. The guys were careful in keeping the rest of the home as clean as possible and kept me informed throughout the project. Bob inspected all the work himself and made sure things were re-done if needed to ensure a final, top quality product. Since I decided to buy the materials myself, he made sure I knew exactly what I needed to purchase and took care of a couple of things I forgot without complaint. He responded to me quickly on any questions or concerns and was very patient when I changed my mind on a couple of issues. I was in Florida for the winter while a lot of this work was going on and he let me know about other issues (shingles blowing off the roof after a bad wind storm) and volunteered to fix these for me which I really appreciated. I enjoyed working with him and am thrilled with my new bathrooms. I am going to renovate my kitchen this year and will be going back to him.

It went amazingly well! The job was done even faster then originally estimated. The work I had done was top quality, beautifully detailed, and I felt as though I was very accommodated. I would recommend KBR Builders to anyone who wants the job done right!

Bob was professional in all manners. We reviewed the job to be done, he explained what he saw as necessary, and it was almost exactly what I originally thought. ( He saw something I missed). He showed up when he said he would, did a quality job, and cleaned up any resultant construction mess. Here's what was done- The end of the deck closest to the house was sagging a few inches because 4x4 posts on the undercarriage had some rot. New footings were dug/poured, new 4x posts were installed along with new header and braces in 2 spots. Worth the money.

KBR Builders were a pleasure to work with. The company was creative and worked within a tight time line to complete a full kitchen remodel. My home went from a tiny kitchen to a full open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The space created by the company is spectacular! It has improved not only the space in my home, but the market value. The bath remodel is spacious with clean lines and excellent workmanship. The workers were fastidious about everyday clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Quality of workmanship was excellent. No detail was overlooked no matter big or small. Finished ahead of schedule even being close to the holidays and I was hosting christmas. Very easy to deal with and very professional. Would highly recommend kbr and will be using them in the future for anything else I would need done!

Quality is top notch. I have no complaints at all. He was not the cheapest but he was no the most expensive as well. He was reasonable at his price. I also did my research on him. He came in right around the budget. Everything went smooth and I'm really happy with it. I've already referred him to others as well. He was straight-forward.

Working with KBR was wonderful. They are so professional, neat in their work, extremely family friendly, respectful, pleasant, and hardworking. I started this process with just wanting to add a shower in one of my bathrooms and loved them so much that we just kept going on renovations that we always wanted to have done in our house but were too apprehensive to tackle. They showed up when expected and either answered when I called or called back quickly if they missed my call. They helped me create "my renovation story" by figuring out what I liked then guided me to the stores to make my vision come to life. In addition, I was on a very tight budget and they were respectful of that. They did not make me feel bad because I couldn't afford the highest end of everything; rather, they helped me pick products that gave me the look I wanted in the price that I needed and splurge on specific items (counters, eye catching tile in a shower nook shelf, a beautiful faucet) that made a statement. I was very overwhelmed and nervous going into this renovation and KBR really helped to make the experience better than I could have imagined. Not only are they top notch people, the quality of their work is amazing! I LOVE EVERYHING that they did to make house so beautiful!
