Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.

"I sent the estimate to the consumer only for the installation of the cabinets, so we installed the cabinets and the customer paid us, after payment she saids wanted to install the microwave, I said we can give you the price, but she did not agree and threatened me , that she was going to make me install it anyway. what I said to her I can't do that free, that's why she gave me the review, god bless you."

It went great; Eddie and his crew were on time and very professional. They showed up everyday and worked long hours to get the job done. My house looked better than when I bought it new 4 years ago. I would highly recommend Eddie and his company for your home remodeling job.

Eddie and his team were outstanding. I started with two rooms and because the quality and professionalism , I asked them to do more work. One of the painters, Carlos was very meticulous and did a fantastic job. The flooring team did a great job on a large area and they were all extremely neat and kept the area very clean . The job was completed on time and at a very fair price. I would strongly recommend Eddie and ETC.

Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also.

We hired ETC home improvements after meeting Eddie and receiving a very reasonable quote. We had two paint projects, the first was an entire house without ceilings and the second was two rooms and the ceilings. The paint crew was meticulous in their painting. They picked up our paint, arrived on time and began working immediately. The worked hour after hour from 9 am until nearly 6 pm The removed valances and blinds and after the paint dried, they reinstalled them. The were careful in moving furniture, covered everything with plastic and drop cloths. Our home was probably cleaner after they left than when they started, Exceptionally gracious, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Eddie showed up on time to give me a fair, reasonable quote for my vinyl flooring. The job was accepted and work began shortly after. With only the one hiccup being that there was confusion on how much flooring was needed, everything went very smoothly and looks incredible. The work was done very quickly and very efficiently and I could not be happier with the outcome!

im replying to his reply to my review from a couple of years ago which I just happened to have read....how dare he say I wanted free stuff...I had him in my living room with my wife and myself telling him exactly what we wanted and he wasn't taking notes and my wife said to him why aren't you writing this down and his response was don't worry im getting it...and when he installed the wood floors it wasn't anything that we asked for except color...we wanted wide plank floors he gave us whatever he had left over from another job...thinner planks...the stairs were supposed to have been included...and I didn't ask for anything for free...I wouldn't use this company again if it was for free...

Eddie and his team are amazing. They performed the work way under budget and right on time. The attention to detail and professionalism was amazing for the price. After the nor' easter last weekend I had some damage to the new roof, and ETC came out within hours to repair. I will definitely be using them for my next project.

Very punctual, got everything done in my limited time budget, and did a beautiful job. Fairly priced. I also like that Eddie would communicate through texts and pictures with questions because it's hard for me to speak on the phone at work, and the pictures helped me understand what he meant.

ETC was one of 4 companies we called to try and get estimates from. They were one of two that called me back and the only one who came out AND got back to us with a quote! We liked the price they gave us so we decided to go with them and I am glad we did! Each and every person who came out were so so nice and kind. They made sure to disrupt my household routine as little as possible. They were kind to my children when they would ask questions. The work was done with great skill and looks AMAZING! I would 100% hire Eddy and his team again if I needed to!

This is the second time we have used ETC Home Improvement. Eddy is a great guy and his entire crew is hard working and honest. ETC remodeled our fireplace, replaced a carpeted room with hardwood and painted. We were very happy with the work. Would absolutely hire ETC for any home improvement needs.
