Accurate Conditioning is a small, but not tiny personally owned company started in 2004. This company has been built on its reputation and referrals from customers to customer, not big time advertising. So don't call the big name guys and get robbed call the small guy not looking to take advantage of you. Accurate conditioning has a small fee which includes the first 1/2 hour of labor and trip charge. Our prices are very competitive to all the local small company's.

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Service and communication was great at the beginning. There was some confusion about the call out fee being part of/separate from the service, labor and parts fees. My boiler required multiple visits to be addressed and Chris and his team were able to deliver. Unfortunately, one of the elbow joins started to leak. I was promised that the team would return but no one did. Once we agreed to times/days, I was told they were busy or had to reschedule and finally communication completely stopped. I was very hopeful with Air Rescue, but they dropped the ball right at the end."
