I had a typical sink clog. Mike from Pipe Werx first asked me a series of questions to make sure he knew what was happening in the bathroom. I appreciated that because my issue could have been masquerading as a simple clog. He laid out ballpark estimates for each possible scenario which was very helpful so I would know what I was on the hook to pay. (Turns out - it was a simple clog, but the cost for clearing it up was very reasonable) Same day service was a huge help!
