Chris has got a very professional team in Air Rescue. I choose Chris because is the most responsive among others and his fee quote is also very competitive. He helped me cleaned the PTAC unit, added Nest thermostat to it, replaced the motorized valve and coils. The quality of the work is exceptional. He also checked in afterward to see if the system is running well. I will definitely recommend Air Rescue.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Chris and Air Rescue. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly. My building requires full insurance and a bunch of paperwork. Other HVAC companies ignored the instructions I gave them, but Chris spoke with me, looked through the requirements properly, and provided all the paperwork in a timely fashion. He recommended excellent units at a reasonable price. The install day went smoothly with him and one of his workers. I would 100% recommend Air Rescue and perhaps most telling, my super immediately took his contact information after seeing his work.

We moved into a new apartment while 8 months pregnant over the summer and learned the central AC was not working at all. Chris responded to my message quickly, understood the urgency and was able to visit to assess the units. He appropriately determined that they were very old and needed replacement, and was extremely helpful in fitting us into his schedule. It was not an easy job, but Chris is experienced and the new units work great. We later had him also replace an old PTAC unit which also went well. I feel confident that I could reach out to Chris if we ever came across an issue as he is very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Contacted Chris at Air Rescue during the hottest week of this Summer as our through the wall AC died. My young Daughter and I were sweltering in our roasting apartment. Chris answered all my questions honestly and accurately and provided a very competitive price to install the new air conditioner. He arrived promptly the same day and the unit was installed with no issues. He saved us from a sweltering apartment. I highly recommend Air Rescue and commend Chris for his high quality work and fine customer service. I am grateful for his service.

Our central AC compressor outside unit wouldn't turn on and I reached out to many A/C contractors on Angi. I received many eager early responses from highly rated contractors when I first reached out with my problem. And then things would fall apart with responses like 1. I can't/won't go to Manhattan 2. Our technicians are too busy to get to you because we are really busy 3. It's $350 for the contractor to walk into my house before any work is even done and on and on. Only Air Rescue (Thank you Chris) was straight-forward and upfront with no surprises and while he was too busy to get to my job immediately, he followed up and within a week had the problem diagnosed and fixed for a fair price given the time spent and the labor involved.

Highly recommend Air Rescue! I was having issues with my through the wall ac unit, called up Air's and spoke to Chris. He walked me through all possible options of cleaning/repair/replacement. I made the decision to have it replaced. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the different ac units that would work for my space and their price points. Once he got to my apartment he had the old unit out, and the new one installed in less than an hour.

They came by on Sunday, quoted a replacement part and new HVAC install the same day, and our new HVAC unit was installed and immediately working by Monday at 2 pm: a 48-hour turn around. (And just in time, ahead of a NYC heat wave) I have already recommended Air Rescue to my mother, and I would recommend them to anyone else on this website.

Just got a split system installed by Chris from Air rescue. Quality services was provided. Very professional and great price. Chris and his workers cared about my home. The secretary was super polite and understanding when it came to scheduling my appointment.

We were looking to add A/C to our house and redo the ductwork. They showed up the very next day after contacting them and gave us a quote. So helpful answering all of our questions! The quote was very reasonable and there were no surprises during the job either. We paid what they quoted. They even suggested getting a new furnace and moving it from the hall to the attic. They originally said it would be a three day job and they finished it in two days. They were hard working, cleaned up after themselves, and the system is so much quieter than we thought. Great business and we could not be happier that we chose them!

I had an issue with high pitched noise coming from my air return. Requested service with Air Rescue, was booked for an appointment next morning 7.30am! Chris was excellent! Hurray! It's always nice to have a go-to contractor and now I have a HVAC company that I can highly recommend for all my heating and air conditioning needs! After feeling like I was being over-charged and under-serviced with my prior HVAC company, Air Rescue is literally a breath of fresh air! I found Air Rescue by searching on Angi and after reading their many excellent reviews I decided to try them for myself and am so glad that I did! These are a few of the many reasons why Air Rescue is now my HVAC company of choice and I highly recommend them: 1) Timely scheduling/repairs: I was able to get an appointment that suited my schedule very easily. Then I appreciated that they searched around Orange County to find the part locally so that they could complete the repair ASAP 2) Excellent Technician: Chris was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his abilities. He solved my cooling problem and he was also empathetic in wanting to help me. Chris wore shoe booties to keep my home clean and when getting up into the attic caused some dust to drift down to the floor he offered to clean it up. Chris also cleaned the area where he accessed my attic which was much appreciated. 3) Great prices: Sometimes I feel like I'm getting charged the Premium when other contractors see my address and feel like they can charge me more based on my zip code but Air Rescue Heating & Air truly was Air Rescue and charged me a very fair rate which was actually less that what I paid at the prior HVAC company I used Overall it's always the best thing when a company can fix your problem quicker than expected and also for less money than expected - and with kind, knowledgeable, experienced employees it's really the perfect combination and that's why I highly recommend Air Rescue!

Best of the best even doe they where 100 times more expensive then others we chose them because you get what you pay for so that made sense paying 5 times what 4 other contractors quotes we felt as nothing would go wrong with the price if you think alike hire them pay for what you get. Can't recommend these guys enough. They are responsive, come on time and very honest and helpful. We had an issue with our AC in the midst of a hot summer and they came out within hours. They explained what was wrong and we got lucky that the problem happened to resolve itself. They told us what to look for next time before having us replace an expensive part

I tried to do a DIY fixing an issue I had with my Nest Thermostat. After I only made it worse, Jeff was able to come to my place, fix my mistakes and figure out the problem I was having. Very friendly and helped me get my place to actually blow cool air.

Literally the nicest most helpful humans I've encountered for a repair tech! They responded right away, came the next day, and fixed my problem within minutes. Can't thank them enough!! 10 stars

Air Rescue has been out to my home or rentals about a half dozen times over the last 4 years or so. I could not be more satisfied with the service. During a recent issue with my home AC, they came out the day before a holiday and we're able to remedy the issue by replacing a small part. The fee was reasonable and they were in and out in less than an hour. I'll Unfortunately, they AC stopped working again by that evening. Ugh. I called Air Rescue at about 4:45PM the day before a holiday. While they couldn't make it out that evening, THEY OFFERED TO COME ON THE HOLIDAY MORNING. We settled for the day after the holiday, and I hope they enjoyed some well deserved time off. The next day they arrived promptly at 7:30AM, and discovered the issue was just a safety switch. We are back to enjoying cold air, all thanks to Air Rescue. It's not even worth searching for another AC service company, just call Air Rescue!

CHris was an amazing service engineer and very knowledgeable in his field. He was patient and informative when explaining what was wrong with our system. The education he provided was insightful and didn't make us feel like we were being ripped off. He took the time to explain every detail and ensured we understood what we were agreeing to and what we do and don't have to replace right in this moment. I would recommend Chris and this business Air Rescue to anybody in the future. He is very trustworthy and thorough; something that is a lost art in the service industry. 10/10 highly recommend!
