Pretty seamless service from the visit to evaluate the job, to the communication, then finally to the installation. Within five days the entire process was completed. Would definitely use them again.

$400 repair fixed what Binsky said would need a $9400 replacement. My heat (boiler) stopped working two weeks ago. After a quick self diagnosis that my pilot light was still on, I looked for contractors. For background, I own several properties for over 20 years and have done numerous small repairs on my heat and plumbing. I also have a close friend who is a plumber who usually handles my bigger work, but I did not think he was going to be available in the time frame I needed him (the temperature was going to be below freezing for the next few days and I wanted to minimize my tenants time with no heat. So I looked for hvac/plumbers on Angie. Binsky and Snyder called me within a few minutes of me completing the Angi request. I explained the problem to the customer service rep over the phone, which immediately told me that Binsky does not work on heating systems over 20 years old. This was the first red flag, since been my knowledge of plumbing and through conversations with my plumber friend (I have also worked with him on occasion) I know that most boilers can last well beyond 20 years and have components that fail but can be easily replaced. I told the customer service rep I did not think it needed to be replaced, and the customer service rep asked me if I would like someone to come out anyway. I told him yes. I scheduled an appointment for a tech/plumber to come look at boiler at 6pm that night. So two pluses about Binsky - they replied very quickly and sent someone over at 6 pm. At 6 pm, the Binsky rep arrived at my house. To my surprise, the rep was not a plumber at all but rather a sales rep who was there simply to try to sell me a new boiler. While the sales rep was pleasant and well versed in her sales pitch, she was unable to diagnose my problem and I have no doubt she has never completed a plumbing repair in her life. After her lengthy and scripted sales pitch, complete with a glossy three ringed binder, including why other Hvac companies are not as good as Binsky, she quoted me a price of $9,400 for a new boiler. While I think this is in the range of the going rate for a new boiler, I declined and outright told her I believe the unit needed to be replaced. Fortunately for me, my plumber friend got freed up the next evening and came by. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem - the damper was not functioning properly. After getting the part, the repair was made in under an hour. My estimate of what this would cost to be replaced by most HVAC companies is about $400 (parts and labor). Two weeks later, the heat is working fine, and I saved $9000. Will my 25 year old boiler need to be replaced eventually? No doubt. But it could give me another two years, or another ten. The point is Binsky, without even trying to diagnose the problem, simply tried high pressure sales to get me to buy a new boiler. I wonder how many homeowners who do not have any experience with plumbing repairs, or a friend who is a plumber, needlessly replaced their heating system after calling Binsky. I will never allow Binsky into one of my homes again. There is no honesty or integrity in their business model.

They are short staffed and at the worse time for installation of furnace and hot water heater(November). Job took 2 1/2 days to complete job that should have taken 1 day. Work quality is good, shout out to worker Sean who put in extra hours to get units up and running. Management was apologetic for inconvenience but received no compensation for time without heat and hot water!

Please train the installers how to do the job and finish it well. Here is what happened to me: the installer missed his footing and made a hole in my ceiling; when they used hand truck to pull up the furnace and coil, they didnâ t cover the stairs properly and they made marks on my steps. They also left the dark hand marks on the wall.

I called many hvac companies and Binsky was the first to return my call and it turned out the only company to return my call. I am so glad it turned out that way. The installers were professional and took the time to explain things. They made sure everything was perfect and they did not rush to get done. Excellent service. I will only use Binsky in the future for all my home projects.

Binsky is a professional organization who kept me apprised of the work, who was coming , when they would be here and the cost. They allowed me to pay in three payments with an additional discount. They were kind and professional. I truly recommend them.

Every step with this company was honest. They quickly recognized what we needed and did not over sell. In times with these you want to work with someone you feel confident is being fair and offering a good product. They also have years of being in the businesswhich helped us in making the decision to go forward with them.
