Really appreciated his help. Great guy, knows his business and was extra careful as if it was his own house to make sure nothing got damaged while transporting the old and new tanks. "I’m not sure my words can express just how grateful we are to James from Morris Mechanical. Our AC died during this last heatwave at 4 A.M. and he responded immediately. He offered to come at 8. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. We have tried 4 different hvac companies in the 5 years we have lived in our home and we will not use anyone other than james going forward."

"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

Not only is the team responsive, polite, and professional, they have a great understanding of the latest HVAC technology and always recommend the best equipment. I recently had the company replace my downstairs HVAC system under the Carrier Cool Cash and PSEG Instant Rebates programs. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and I am enjoying greater energy efficiency in my home. Next year I will have them replace my upstairs system under the same program.
