1. They had the best price out of all of the estimates from other contracters. In fact, it was over 50% less than the highest estimate. 2. Although the price was low, they exceeded my expectations on the quality of the installation. I received a quality unit and the installers ( Tom, Miles, Joe ) took attention to their work with all connections neatly routed. They also took their time to explain some items such as the overflow switch for the drain and the operation of the new thermostat. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and recently mentioned them to one of my neighbors who are also in the market for a new AC system.

I actually had 2 systems installed. The main HVAC system for the 1st floor and a 3 zone ductless system upstairs. They were done in one day, very professional and cleaned up afterward. They were more than competitive in price and it was a pleasure doing business with them. J G., Phillipsburg NJ

Very dissatisfied!! Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable..What I paid for a routine furnace cleaning and coil cleaning was off the chart!! If I knew how much beforehand I would have just used my oil company and saved a lot of money!!!

I was very pleased with the entire experience, from estimate, to scheduling to the actual work being done. The techs arrived on time, walked me through the job and the work to be done, laid down drop cloths, took care of our smoke detectors that could go off, and were really good at keeping to the task and completed earlier than I expected. Highly recommend Advanced - System works so well, and they walked me through the project after install and gave me advice on maintenance going forward. Very professional - definitely a trustworthy, value added experience

I cannot say how pleased I am on choosing Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my A/C. The tech who did the work was incredibly professional, and in my opinion, was an expert in the HVAC field. Not only did they replace my A/C with a great product that fits my needs (no upselling, etc) they went the extra mile to ensure that the duct work was repairs, more safety guards were implemented, and he even connected a new humidifier to my Nest device (something I had no connection to previously)! Best of all, the price was very competitive! A certain 'large appliance store' chain wanted more than DOUBLE what I paid. I paid what was in line with the average costs as recommended by Home Advisor.

good service would hire again

I have been a land lord for twenty years. I have hired many contractors over the years, but these guys are far and away the worst I have ever seen or heard of. I called for no heat upstairs. The tech came and started out OK but that went away when he ran into a small leak in a 3/4" coupling. He refused to replace it and rather tried to re-solder the old coupling four times. When he got tired of his own nonsense he left, leaving the boiler off allowing the pipes to freeze. He showed up the next day finally installed a new coupling and charged me for two hours of his time chasing down ice dams that had formed overnight. He left without making sure the heat was working. He left the house so fast he forgot his tools. The final results are, three pipe breaks, and the heat upstairs still doesn't work, and the tech dropped a can of pipe dope on the carpeting. The company doesn't understand why I consider this a problem. $675 for all this damage and no repair. Total waste of time and money!

Advanced heating and air are absolutely top shelf installers. Freezing cold today they did the job thoroughly in and out with no complaints. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
