"Ever since Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric replaced a 5-year-old furnace that had been improperly installed by another contractor, we have relied on this North Jersey HVAC contractor for all our heating & cooling maintenance needs. Not only is the team responsive, polite, and professional, they have a great understanding of the latest HVAC technology and always recommend the best equipment. I recently had the company replace my downstairs HVAC system under the Carrier Cool Cash and PSEG Instant Rebates programs. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and I am enjoying greater energy efficiency in my home. Next year I will have them replace my upstairs system under the same program. I cannot recommend Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric enough."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Service and communication was great at the beginning. There was some confusion about the call out fee being part of/separate from the service, labor and parts fees. My boiler required multiple visits to be addressed and Chris and his team were able to deliver. Unfortunately, one of the elbow joins started to leak. I was promised that the team would return but no one did. Once we agreed to times/days, I was told they were busy or had to reschedule and finally communication completely stopped. I was very hopeful with Air Rescue, but they dropped the ball right at the end."

"I recently had MDL Electric install a 14 kw Generac automatic standby generator for my home. I chose MDL after talking with three other companies. MDL did the entire job professionally. They obtained all of the permits from Parsippany Town Hall, did the installation in a professional manner, and arranged for all of the final inspections. They installed the gas lines needed along with all electrical work. The other companies wanted me to find my own gas line installer and get all permits. The job was especially difficult since the gas and electrical box was on the opposite sides of the house. Two of the other companies had no idea where to put the generator-one had me tearing up the driveway. I would recommend MDL for electrical work anytime ( they did some other work in addition to the generator)."
