Alpha Chimney Sweep

We recently moved and the chimney, (oil burning) badly needed a cleaning. The were quick to set up the appointment and the pricing seemed reasonable. The gentleman that showed was knowledgeable and friendly and talked me through the process prior to starting the work. At the completion of his work he came in and asked if I would be interested in buying a USED chimney cap he was going to be throwing out from another job to replace the one on my chimney that was in bad condition. After telling him I would just go out and buy one new from the store he cut his asking price in half! I still said no and he said thank you and went on his way. After he left I went to the basement to do laundry and there was soot all over the floor. You could tell he vacuumed but there was still a film on the floor we are still trying to clean up. VERY unprofessional experience.

They were excellent. They were very thorough, polite and continuous. You could not ask for more in terms of getting the job done right and at a reasonable price.

He came in (removed shoes first) covered area to be serviced with drop cloths checked over stove first before servicing . Very calm and certainly devotes sufficient time to check every aspect of the unit. He also did my daughters house and was able to order parts to her insert ,and will return to install them, he also clean two flues for her and his price is so reasonable.
