Team was professional and on time.

After having Jerry come out for a cleaning and inspection, I learned that the firebox and chimney required some repairs before the fireplace could be used safely as a result of water damage. A subsequent visit revealed that it had even worse structural issues than originally thought, and we decided to convert to an electric fireplace to avoid the higher costs of restoring it. Kevin and Tyson arrived on time, provided friendly service and completed the installation in a professional manner. The one area I think could stand improvement is communication with the homeowner when questions arise about estimates, fireplace products, etc. But I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I just bought a 35yr old house that was well built and well maintained. Given the age however I wanted to be sure there were not hidden problems. So I had the chimney cleaned and inspected. There were minor age related issues with mortar in the flu, old caps, roof flashing, brickwork that need pointing, etc. Fireplace Pros performed the inspection then returned in a couple weeks and fixed all the problems in a day. Should be good for another 35 years. They were professional, prompt, and personable. I highly recommend them

Have been using Fireplace Pros for 3 or 4 years now to clean my woodburning fireplace. They do a great job cleaning the inside. They also clean up really well and inspect the outside of the fireplace. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and respectful of the property. I will continue to use them in the years ahead.

I hired this company to clean my gas logs. I spent over $250 and am still having trouble with them. My logs light, but after 15 mins start to smell like they are burning and then shut themselves off. This problem has gotten worse since they were here. I have contacted them multiple times to have them come back out to look and they will not return my call. I will not hire this company again. Update as of 12/20/2022 Update to my review: after talking with the company they have made things right with me. Their customer service was quick to respond to my review. Seems there was some technology issues at play screwed up the callbacks.

Rep was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.

They did a wonderful job. Cleaned up well, abided by Covid safety protocols and were neat and wore shoe covers.

They guarantee their work which is great, but it's very difficult to get ahold of somebody when there are issues that need to be corrected. I have been working with this company on/off for over a year trying to fix issues with water entering our chimney and it still hasn't been fully corrected. A different tech comes out almost every visit which makes the process difficult.

Everything went so smoothly and the work looks great. I highly recommend them.

Patrick the service technician did a great job. This young man was knowledgeable; courteous, and very professional. He explained to us what the issue was that was preventing our fireplace to stay on. He also showed us a dead spider on the part causing the issue. I would highly recommend this company. Also the price that was quoted to us over the phone was the exact amount that was charged I would use them again if needed.

Perfectly. Jerry listened to me, checked our unit out, found no problems. Am enjoying peace of mind with fireplace season almost on top of us. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. Tech arrived during my appointment time, He wore a mask AND shoe coverings when entering my home. He was very clean in completing the work. Fireplace looks like new. He took special care in moving items out of the way and replacing them when he finished the job.

It all seems fine! I just wish they took pictures of the finished work!! Like they did for the estimate. Its hard to see from the ground but all looks good!!

Went as planned. No surprises. Work completed without issue. Technician was flawless in his work and explanation of what was to be done.

Good but ran late, 40 minutes. Chimney work is expensive but the discounted some of it.

I was very impressed. Pat was extremely professional. He helped me understand how a gas fireplace works and the importance of getting the air moving up the flue before turning on the gas. He inspected and cleaned the fireplace, placed the logs in the correct position, and inspected the chimney from the inside and out. The invoice included pictures of the areas and recommendations for further repairs.

I called to set up a time for them to come out, they said they would call me back but never heard anything back. Would not recommend them!

The scheduler and technician were pleasant and efficient! I would definitely call them again.
