Jay was AWESOME! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough! He approaches the job as if the home were his own. Explained why my fireplace was acting like an arctic wind tunnel, laid out a repair strategy, and fixed the problem COMPLETELY! All for far less than I had expected and feared. For the first time in 7 yrs I can now use and enjoy my fireplace! Can't recommend this company enough!!!

Everything from initial contact to completion was absolutely top notch. We contacted the business during off hours to leave a message, and the owner still reached out to feel out the issue within minutes. We were scheduled and repaired within 48 hours. I cannot say enough about the courteous and professional manner of this company. Highly recommend.

Supreme Brick & Chimney did a great job with a cleaning and inspection of the fireplace! He was efficient, on time, and very pleasant. The space was kept very clean, and the fireplace was spotless when he was done. He also performed a thorough inspection, and did a great job talking us through all his findings in a way we could understand. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone around.

This company came in at lower price than others and they seem very honest and did a thorough job. I plan on having them do some minor repair work as well. Would highly recommend!

Tech was punctual, professional, and friendly. Took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and proper operation to my wife - and then again when I arrived home. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again in the future!

Completed inspection and promised to locate parts to make needed repairs, but they never called back and never responded to calls. Felt cheated into an expensive service call/inspection with no real value.

The chimney cleaning process was extremely clean with ZERO dirt going anywhere besides in Josh's vacuum. Very friendly and happy to answer questions while offering service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning for future chimney and fireplace work.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. He left the fireplace area very clean . He inspected from the roof and advised me as to other work that might need to be done. There was no pressure there. I was very satisfied with the interaction.

This company went above and beyond with their work, chimney sweeps are usually pretty messy, but the clean up was spot on.!! Josh explained every thing that he was doing, and the things that he was checking to make sure the chimney was safe for me and my family. He was very professional, and polite, I will definitely be using him and his company in the future for all of my chimney needs..!!
