The tech who came out, Tyson, was fantastic!

The job was to clean and inspect my gas fireplace. The call to set up the appointment was easy and the representative was friendly and helpful. The technician arrived on time and spent an hour (at least) cleaning and inspecting my gas fireplace inside and out. He took pictures of the chimney interior and exterior. He was very thorough. I was unsure about how to use my fireplace since this is the first one Iâ  ve had and the technician explained how to operate it and he made me feel at ease with the operation process. I will definitely call Fireplace Pros again for any operational issues and will have them again to clean and inspect the fireplace as needed.

The workers on the job did an excellent job of describing what work was needed, what was not needed, the mechanisms involved, and the final results. They left both inside and outside better than they found it. They ensured the cleanliness of their work and my home. I would highly recommend their work.

Office staff was nice and the crew came out in a reasonable time frame to fix our chimney chase.

Pat was on time not only diagnosed the issue was happy to help me understand how to monitor and mitigate it from happening again.

Just purchased 35 yr old home in January. Had Fireplace Professionals come to inspect and clean the fireplace and chimney. Very helpful. They found some minor issues that need to be repaired (tuck pointing and new mortar in top flu seam). Used video camera to inspect chimney from top to bottom. Inspected outside of chimney too from top to bottom. Left no mess. I will hire them to do the repairs.

Kevin came to clean my chimney this afternoon. He arrived on time, was very personable. He set to work right away, first putting down a sheet to keep the carpet clean.
