Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

"We hired Di Orio Builders & Designers to completely replace our lower gutters as well as to scrape and re-paint some exterior trim on the front and back of the house that had been peeling and exposing wood to the elements. We were having difficulty in finding a company willing to take on a smaller job like this, and so we were glad DiOrio agreed to take this project and complete both the needed gutter work and exterior painting. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work as well as how quickly they were able to finish. Our new gutters and the paint work look great. The gutters were installed properly and securely with screws, and are a big improvement over what we had previously. We were also very happy with how well they matched the colors for both the gutters and trim, which shows their attention to detail. It was very clear to us throughout the project that Di Orio takes a lot pride in the high quality of the work that they do. The cost was also within our budget and much more reasonably priced compared to other estimates we received. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
