Cecil Design and Remodel

They did a wonderful job of re-designing an old, dark 1930's style garage, plus tiny dated downstairs apartment right on the road, and made it into a charming, functional open and bright 3 BR 2 bath 2- story cottage. The living area and kitchen, with high ceilings are open and inviting. The downstairs bedrooms are cozy and perfect for a family. We continue to receive constant inquiries from visitors to rent or buy it, since it is so charming, but we are keeping it as a lovely retreat for our own family. They were on-budget and applied clever solutions to various problems. The front paved driveway, they cleverly reconfigured into an arbor with grapevines and a gravel picnic area surrounded by native bee and butterfly pollinator-attracting plants. A hot, noisy, unattractive blacktop ..driveway became an oasis of shade - producing fruit witin a year! Yes, these folks are very talented! We are very pleased with the result!

Had storm damage (tree hit my home).He did a great job fixing my house. He communicated well through out the project and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him.
