We are good honest hard working people and strive for complete integrity in everything we do.

I told her I would like to get an estimate for pest control, she said no one was available and she would have someone call me. No one ever called, not that I would have hired them anyway."

I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "I hired heartland to maintain my yard using there 6 step service. After the 1st year my crabgrass was awful so I called and complained. They said I need to give it at least 2 years for results. Now after year 2 it looks the exact same as when I did not have the service. I have called multiple times throughout the year to have them come out and spray again. My grass now has dead spots and still more crabgrass growing underneath it and in many new spots. I called again to ask them to waive the last bill as I am cancelling and do t feel I should have to pay since their service is not working. They said they could have someone come out to fix areas again. I said “no” as I’ve given them multiple opportunities already. They would not waive the last bill. I do not recommend this company and there quote to “service the customer and make them happy is NOT a true”."
