Description of Work: I saw the coupon on Angie's List for Critter Gitter and called them this morning. Although they have a coupon special, they had a recording on their phone line that said that they are not taking new customers presently due to high volume.

Description of Work: We were not sure what kind of critter we had in the garage (we had a lot of junk in there). Whatever it was, it was mad and destructive. These guys were so calm and knowledgeable. They came prepared to set traps. They evaluated the situation and determined that whatever had been in there was gone. They did not charge us but we paid them anyway. We have little kids and whatever had been in our garage (probably a cat) was hissing and tearing up the place at night. We were a little freaked and these guys were great.

+ 0 moreVery fast and prompt call-back. Service was done as quoted and without any complications. I hope I don't have to call them again, but would use them if needed.
Description of Work: Raccoons were living in chimney. Critter Gitter sprayed substance to encourage raccoons to depar and then returned several days later to seal entry to chimney. They also made a small repair to my gutter that was adjacent to where they gained access to the roof.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. They charged me over $700, but half of the money was for the material they needed. It took 5 to 6 hours to do the work and their service and work was excellent. If there is a need, I would use them again in the future too.

+ -1 moreI found someone more affordable to do the work; someone who I don't think would have charged (over $100) to assess the situation. A pest-management firm that does not deal with bats referred me to J.E. Coleman, who in turn shared some basic science with me: bat will not leave the eaves until it is 60-degrees out and there are flying insects to dine on: "call me late-April/early-May".
Description of Work: They were readily available and arrived promptly, did a professional assessment and proposed a solution. I thought the solution was a bit elaborate and expensive. I'll probably work with another firm in the Spring when the bat exits the attic in search of flying insects.

+ -1 moreThey strung it out so long that we had to replace the ceiling in three places in three different rooms because of coon urine would cause a type of mold which is bad.
Description of Work: We had a mother coon and five babies in the attic, so these guys spread some stuff around that was to scare them away but did not work, so used live traps to catch them; took for ever.

+ -1 moreI had a nesting of barn swallows that I had to get removed. I called this group, and they were out that same day to give the estimate. Once all their supplies arrived, they were back within 24 hours, and they were able to complete the task very promptly and very professionally. The pricing was second to none, and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Had to have barn swallows removed from the premises.
