He arrived on time with a smile. He was professional and friendly. He explained the process then got to work. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I decided to sign up to get this service done about every 8 weeks. They are very affordable.

Good. No issues at this time. Services were performed and need to wait for poisons to work.

They did not provide the service they were hired to do. I hired to have them to rid the inside of my home for rodents and they refused to do that job. They just sprayed out side of my home.

Great! Showed up when scheduled, did only the areas I requested. Would definitely use them again and for possible lawn treatments.

Although it was a few weeks from when I ordered the service to when they could actually schedule me in, every thing went well. Chris was on time and did what was requested. Very professional.

It was fine. The price was fine. They were a little bit slow about getting a hold of it. It was fine but my son-in-law had to clean out part of the hornet that was there because they diagnosed it totally. Everything worked out and we had to get rid of some wasps because we were having some windows replaced and that's where the hornet was in the window frame.

The man showed up on time, He went about the main floor and the basement methodically and changed materials for doing the outside. He also applied something special to a wasp nest in the soffit of the garage. No odor. Expeditious.

Mice were eliminated and have not seen any more bugs.

So far, I am pleased with their service.

The technician arrives on schedule, and was courteous and efficient. When he presented me with a bill, I indicated that I had purchased an Angie's List special, which he wasn't familiar with. He put me in touch with the correct person in the office to answer my questions and square my account.

They are great! The staff is always very friendly and informative. There was only 1 time where we needed them to come back and spray for ants (it was a really rainy Summer) and they were back the next day at no charge!
