All Star Pest Control

I called to get an estimate, no one answered and I got sent to an answering machine. I didn't leave a message and a few minutes later someone called me, said they used caller id and asked what I wanted. This person sounded like they had just woken up. I told her I would like to get an estimate for pest control, she said no one was available and she would have someone call me. No one ever called, not that I would have hired them anyway.

We still use them. They come out every two or three months. It’s not cheap but I guess they’re doing an okay job. We haven’t had any major spiders and ants breakout in the house. I haven’t had a lot of experience with pest control companies. The price is probably comparable. They were a little bit expensive. They’re pretty responsive. If we call them, they come right out.

They come every other month. I’ve got some issues with them. It’s nothing serious. I would use them again. I am kind of shopping around right now. I’m not really pleased with their protection program for termites. They’ve been doing just general spraying where they can coat the outside the house. They come in every second or third time and they spray the inside of the house. I’ve been looking around for somebody for particular termite program and they don’t do that.

I have absolutely zero complaints with the service! I had an ant problem this past summer & they came right out, between my regularly scheduled service date, and took care of the problem! And at no extra charge! Their name fits them well, they really are "all stars"!!!

They are a great company! They come out quarterly for $75.The staff is very courteous and professional.

They did a thorough job. This was the first time I used this company.

They are fine and seem nice. It's a nice oung man who comes. They will spray wherever you need. I tell them what I want and they do it. I've never had any problems with them. They are about $100 per treatment. They don't try to add services. I was perfectly satisfied. They are accommodating.

It’s gone really well. They are easy to work with. It’s easy to get them out here. So far, the service has worked really well. Since we moved in, we have seen fewer spiders. The cost is $85 per treatment. They come out 4 times a year.

They are extremely good. They call me when it is time for their next visit and schedule a day and offer to exterminate the inside if I would like for them to. The gentleman is very nice and the service is pretty quick. The only spiders I have seen in my home are already desd by the time I fond them, thanks to All Star. I highly recommend signing a contract so you can go worry free and let them keep track of when you are due for you next visit.

Called to asked about their service as I was having a problem with ants. They quoted me a price of $125-$150. When I told them I had a coupon from Angie's List, they said that was only good if i signed a one year contract. It does not state that on the coupon

I plan on using them in the future.

We have no complains. Their prices could be a little lower but thy do a pretty good job.

It was ok. They only complaint I had was that it wasn't made clear that they came for the initial appointment and about a month later would start another treatment. It was an extra payment that I didn't expect to have to pay for. It turned out that it was in their contract, but it was not clear. Otherwise, their work was fine.

It's been excellent so far. They were here when they said they were going to be here and they got through everything they needed to in a timely manner.

They have been excellent. They are very professional, follow through on their work and they call ahead of time before they come. They are also careful about protecting our home, i.e. floors, wood and carpets.

Called for quote and was given detailed information on what they would do. They scheduled service for the next day. The tech called ahead and was very professional. They sprayed inside and outside the house. I got a follow-up call the next day wanting to make sure everything was OK. I'm very impressed with their service.

They were good. I did not make any price comparisons. When I called to set up an appointment they came out right away.

They are very, very responsive. We pay them $89 quarterly. They are very professional. They remove their shoes before they come in. We don't have to be home if they are spraying the exterior but they always acknowledge that they are here and when they are leaving. We've haven't compared their pricing. We will absolutely continue to use them.
