"I would say when the quote was done the guy was very impatient BUT seemed very knowledgeable… Until he calls back that afternoon with the contracts and at this point he has no clue what anything means doesn’t know what the extra charge is he decided to add on for the 3 properties and tried to pass it off for us to just call his office number so we can make payment to avoid having to talk about it especially when $600+ is involved I’d like for you to answer a few questions.. not unreasonable.. So finally after we get our answers, we call the office to make a payment the girl originally seemed nice took our payment And then a week later we get a call and they say we never paid anything… So we check our bank account and it looks like she mischarged us only paid $200 when it should’ve been way more but would not own her mistake and told us that we should’ve told her there were three properties but what’s weird is all three properties are on the same contract and if you had a computer system you would’ve seen this and you said you had the contract in front of you so you would need to add the totals DUHHHHHH… but it’s OK you know a good customer support representative would’ve owned their mistake, apologized, and corrected the issue… you should not keep pointing the finger at the customer as it is never their problem for system flaws!!! I would not recommend these people if you guys want good service these people just want your money they don’t give a crap about you nor do they have good workmanship they charge you up the butt for nothing and do not warrantee any of it either"

They have since done nothing but try to avoid any responsibility for their mistake. Today I spoke with Keith Nolan and his excuses morphed over the conversation but all were preposterous: "There was clutter in the garage so we couldn't see the damage" - untrue, the pictures I took that day show the damage was clearly visible when they inspected, they just missed it. "I have been doing this 32 years and can assure you that we bear no responsibility under North Carolina law for this" - surely they have a duty of care? "We saw the damage but we couldn't get close enough to determine the species causing it so we couldn't mention it in the report" - is there anyone that believes that can possibly be true? "We saw the damage but despite our many years of experience we couldn't be sure it was caused by insects - it might have been nail holes" - nails impersonating termites? Obviously up to you, but if they make a mistake, and everyone makes mistakes, this company will do everything to avoid taking any responsibility for its mistake. You can judge whether the excuses above are incompetent or dishonest. If you don't feel lucky, consider using another company."

State certified as an Animal Damage Control Agent since 2003. A lifelong resident of WNC, a US Army vet, with over 40 yrs in one local BSA Troop. We service all of WNC with our focus upon the Asheville, Hendersonville, Rutherfordton, Tryon, Brevard, & surrounding communities within our area. We follow all local laws & state laws concerning wildlife. We pride ourselves in finding ways to allow people to coexist with wildlife while protecting their homes. We deal in all major wildlife issues as allowed by the state with just a few exceptions. We do not control moles or voles. Nor do we use chemicals to kill any wildlife. We do not do rats or mice. Please contact a pest control company for that type of service. Big game animals such as Deer, Bear, & Turkeys are only dealt with upon the issuance of a state permit to allow us to do so. All other wildlife is dealt with under a different permit. Quite often we are able to help people figure out a way to live with the local wildlife without any trapping or removal.
